  I was planning on returning my Dyson Corrale straightener. Instead the Salesperson suggested I go for an exchange and offered me the same product but with some extra add ons at no cost. Have been using a lot of Dyson products over the last couple of years. Dyson never disappoints.

  I phoned Dyson directly and spoke to Kevin, He was ver friendly and answered my questions. I called the Dyson store and asked to speak to the store manager. I had a few questions. Jordan was great, he was very knowledgeable, excellent over the phone Customer Service. I went to the store a few hours later. I was very impressed with the care and wonderful customer service I received. All my questions were answered. I appreciated the honest suggestions. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase a Dyson Product, either go to the Dyson store or shop on line with Dyson. Ps Last week I discovered there was a Dyson store on the main floor of Chinook Mall. I spoke to Samantha who was also very knowledgeable and gave me great customer service as well. Everyone was very friendly.
