She went to help them and then I told her I’ve been waiting for ten minutes and then she told me to leave. After she told me she didn’t ’see’ me. Would love to talk to her superior. Was about to purchase more than one product and she just lost a sale.

I used the product one and when i went to use the second time on monday, the product no longer worked. I called the helpline, did the trouble shooting and nothing helped. I was offered a replacement, but i would have to wait until the faulty product that i bought 2 days before to he returned and then you would send me a new one. I expressed my disappointment and i was kindly informed by one of your employees that they would send me the replacement right away but it would take 15 days to arrive then i could use that box to return the product. I was still disappointed with that, as i bought it in store and it is not my fault that you sold me a $499+gst product that was broken, then the lady over the phone informed that i could go to the store and returned it there. On the next day I happily head to the return to get the replacement, only to be informed that i could not. I find it extremely disrespectful of dyson to do that you a client. A decided to buy your product as i trust and admire your products, however you are not holding up to the understands of a 499.99 product that I bought ONLY two daya ago. I would greatly appreciate if someone could come up with a solution that meet your clients needs, not only yours.
