- AFadam farrarJul 9, 20251.0This store does not follow the price match policy. If you're set on Best Buy, take the time to drive 2 minutes down the road. Tried price matching an apple watch that followed their price match policy, but the staff and manager denied the price match. I'm guessing it is because the owner did not want to lose money, which is false advertising and a breach of policy. Very deceptive and suspicious.

- IRIftekher RahmanDec 7, 20191.0went there during this black friday weekend..got a new phone and plan..they offered me two promotional offers..but none of the offers were activated..went there the next day..waited an hour...they said they have fixed one and the other will be be fixed in a week...and said they will call me to provide me update...but next week when i checked my online account none of the packages they said they will fix was still on my account. and no call from them..i was assisted by the store leader the first day..have no clue what she is doing..on the second another agent assisted me..same story..have no clue..
