  Abraham was incredibly helpful and friendly when helping with setting up my SIM card. Really fast and extremely knowledgeable as well!

  Everyone here is super on point. Evan, who helped me get my plan was extremely thorough and helpful, they really know what they’re doing, I also called in today to clarify something on my bill and the lady manager (I think) who helped me was also very thorough, she gave me multiple calls and kept me updated throughout the whole process, definitely the best customer service I’ve had from any Bestbuy (or anywhere I’d had to purchase a phone plan from) by far. The whole crew working here does above and beyond, super impressed!

  I would say Best Buy Mobile in Southcentre Mall, Calgary is the best place to shop around for new phones, plans, accessories etc. Me & my husband got new iphones & new plans here. We had a great experience & we’re glad we met Abraham here, he is the best! He gives the best advice (as if he’s the one buying for himself), best deal yet not pushy, very knowledgeable in lots of stuff, patient in explaining our options, helpful, making all the process goes smooth from phone, plans to insurance & some extras like putting screen protectors etc. Then comes Evan the manager who is also amazing! We had a bit complicated issue that needs boss’ approval & he really listened, tried to understand it & worked around to solve it, he’s a very reasonable, knowledgeable & reliable boss. Abraham & Evan are both super awesome!... hardworking, very trustworthy, professional & would go above & beyond to help their customers…thank you so much guys! We are very happy & would highly recommend this place for best price & service!
