Came in to the store to look at potentially buying a laptop. The sales associate rudely dismissed us and said we can google the info on the laptops ourselves. We left and definitely won’t be back. Disappointed to say the least.

I was here at the very beginning of September looking to upgrade my phone. I was specifically looking for the Galaxy s25 ultra 512gb. They said they didn't keep them in stock, but could order me one and it would take 4-5 weeks and they'd call when it came it. All good, no problem.
Life got busy and I kept forgetting about it. I happened to be at the mall today (mid December) and remembered, so I again stopped in to check on things.
They had no record of my order and said that the 512gb is unavailable (nowhere in any location in the city) and they weren't sure if it would ever get back in stock, but asked if I would I like to buy another brand of phone. I said no thanks, I have my heart set on that one, said Merry Christmas and left.
It was bugging me because I had been very excited for a new phone, so when I got home I decided to see what I could find. Not only could I find multiple stores that could ship the 512gb (including Samsung itself), but they also have them in stock at many best buys near my location in Calgary (and yes I called to check).
I was initially just disappointed that they didn't even order the phone as they said they would, but finding out that they basically lied about its availability, did anger me. That was not a good first impression and I'm afraid that they lost a potential customer, as I'll never be back.
