She listened carefully to my concerns, clarified everything, and provided the assistance I truly needed. I really appreciate Kiran’s professionalism and dedication—she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Kiran.
- SSSKOct 15, 20251.0We experienced the worst customer experience from Danish (who said he was only a trainee when it suited him and then said he was the manager less than 5 mins later). He confirmed a plan price to my wife and I under false pretences, once one plan was signed my plan magically jumped by $35 per month. We said we wanted to cancel as this was not the amount agreed upon and now they have lost my wife’s old plan rate and called it buyers remorse which is untrue. He has terrible customer service and even worse interpersonal skills. The only saving grace is their employee named Kiran was very pleasant and helpful even though she has to work under the most incompetent “manager” I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with.
