  Came in to get the cheapest plan for my phone, Zee helped to setup my new phone plan it was very easy and quick at tge end he gave me gift card as well with the cheap plan.

  Zee, helped me to setup my new phone plan it was very quick, whole time he not pushing to get the deal. Not just he gave the good deal but he answered all the question too. He is amazing person to deal with gor mobility.

  I was shopping at the chinook Best Buy express, dealing with a very pleasant man, he was very helpful. I could not help but overhear another employee very loudly and abrasively talking to 2 customers regarding phone plans. The one girl expressed that she wanted to confirm with her friend who was outside of the store before making any decisions due to her being new to the country and not being entirely sure of the options. The employee proceeded to tell the costumer that he didn’t understand why she wasn’t sure of or what she didn’t understand, and accused her of lying and that she wasn’t planning on coming back. He repeated this multiple times and then went on to say the plan he was offering was not going to be there when she got back( which she said was going to be in 20 minutes so that is a lie) claiming that he would not give them discounts or a good price if they left. He told her that she could call her friend and she didn’t need to leave the store to talk to her because if they left he knew they wouldn’t come back, which he repeated multiple times. The girls ended up leaving after saying thank you see you soon and he responded by saying “see you in a month I know you aren’t coming back”. I understand the pressure put on employees to sell but this is disappointing and disheartening.
