  Absolutely awful experience. I looked up in advance whether the store would be open on Family Day, and the website displayed that their holiday hours were from 10 to 6 (not "hours may differ", but the posted "Holiday Hours"). I make a plan and travel from out of town to come to the store while I'll be in town running other errands, and when I show up at 10, the store is closed. I figured maybe they got their holiday hours wrong and their opening a little later; an inconvenience but I can rearrange my plans to make it work. So I call into Best Buy's support line to ask what time they're actually going to be opened. The customer service representative assures me that the store is open despite me telling him that I'm standing in front of the closed doors, and I just need to know when they open. He tells me that they're internal records show the store is open and I have to assure once again, that they are in fact closed. I'm put on hold, and after a frustratingly long time, he tells me that they are closed, and they won't be opening because it's family day (despite online postings saying their holiday hours are from 10 to 6). When I ask him if there are other locations nearby, he tells me no; they're all closed for family day, and acts as if I should have known they were going to closed for the holidays. When I ask how I was supposed to know this, given that all the online postings stated the opposite, he tries to blame me for not calling into the customer service line to check if the store would be open. The audacity to blame a customer for assuming the information provided by a store is correct and for not calling a customer service line to confirm that assumption is insane. Not only did the store have incorrect information post, but the fact that Best Buy blamed me as a customer for assuming they were providing correct information is unacceptable.
