    I went to return/exchange a smart watch I had purchased at the Market Mall location. After waiting for about 10 mins the customer service agent struggled because she didn't know what to do. I asked her that I was concerned about my info on the watch as 1/2 of the screen had stopped working after a software update. She went and asked another girl and told me I needed to go to Market Mall, where I purchased it. I asked her why? She said they could not help me and needed to go. I asked for the Manager, she said he was in a meeting. Eventually the Manager comes out and indicated that he was not consulted and he was never in a meeting. He tried rebooting the watch and did a few things to remove my data from the device, and after about 45 mins I said, maybe I should go to the other store, he said I should because he is not able to fix or help. I ended up going to the other store in Market Mall, after about 2 hours and many stories, I had to contact the manufacturer myself as I found out BestBuy does not have after sale support in all in some stores, and the after sale they provide in a few is not comprehensive. I watched several BestBuy customer service talk to the Geek Team just to get dismissed with no support at all. At the end the customer suffer the consequences. BestBuy has become a store you don't want to get even near. After the purchase you are on your own.

    I had a mixed experience at this Best Buy location. When I first went to the customer service desk, the young man assisting me was not very patient and didn’t attempt to explore different solutions for my issue. He simply told me it couldn’t be handled in-store and that I would need to call my mobile service provider. However, shortly afterward, his colleague — a young lady at the same desk — took the time to look into the situation more carefully. She was patient, knowledgeable, and managed to resolve the issue on the spot. I really appreciated her willingness to help and her problem-solving skills.

    had a very frustrating experience. I couldn’t find the items I needed, there was no public services, and the employee I asked for help showed no interest in assisting me. As a customer, this felt disappointing and disrespectful.

    Very bad experience with the staff. One staff in particular was unkind and didn’t seem trained well enough. He was very rushed and unprofessional to the point where i almost walked out. On top of that, there was a foul body odour smell, the store smelt very bad. Overall, bad customer service, and bad atmosphere. Will not come back

    Absolute trash company. Bought somthing online, Best Buy screwed up the label, no call or anything. I checked tracking and called Purolator, thought it was a them issue. No Get this, Best Buy refuses Purolator to fix address and has to go through their call centre. They have no clue what they are doing and my package ended up getting returned, misses my kids birthday. Horrible horrible bussiness practices. Never again Best Buy. Lost someone who has been going to you for years. Fix your pipline as it’s leaky and need to get better staff.
