    I am very disappointed that Best Buy is displaying political trans pride flag at their entrance. I believe businesses should remain neutral and focus on customers, not promote causes that many people feel compromise fairness and women’s rights. This flag is supporting the erasure of women and their rights to have spaces free from men. I hope Best Buy reevaluates this approach and keeps the store welcoming for everyone without taking sides in social or political debates. I also hope Best Buy will start hiring Canadians. I’ve been served by staff who barely spoke English.

    I recently purchased a Samsung TV from Best Buy and I'm blown away by the picture quality! The 4K resolution is crystal clear and the sound system is impressive. The Geek Squad installation team was professional and efficient, hooking up all my devices and ensuring everything was working perfectly. The Best Buy staff were knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations. The price was competitive and the delivery was fast. Highly recommend Best Buy for electronics shopping!

    WORST BEST BUY …DONT GO THERE Once again this store lives up-to their reputation in giving the worst possible customer service you can ever get. I walk in and I was the only customer in the store with 6-7 bestbuy guys walking around with their cellphones in their hands watching TikTok’s. The famous store manger with the long hair and pony tail was there as well to add extra flavour to the worst customer service when he walked to the guy who was pretending to ring in my transaction. Showed him something on his cellphone and instructed him in Hindi to not accept the return and send me to the store I bought it from. All negative reviews on this location are 100% right …….. Shame on Best Buy for this kind of service level

    Worst service offered ever. walked into the store and was sold a chromebook within 10 min. agent said it's a better deal than black friday, fine, no problem, we bought the chromebook to use for school in september. after 2 month of using it, chromebook already broken down. contacted lenovo support and been pushed around by two departments for over 3 hours. one agent even tried to upsell me the warranty products. called bestbuy back they just say it has nothing to do with them after 30 days of purchase. when i bought the chromebook, nobody told me there's different levels of warranty levels when i bought the chromebook in store...very bad service and after purchase care.

    Best Buy — not exactly living up to its name. My first order arrived in pieces through DHL at two different times. The second order, shipped by Pure-o-LATER, seems to be taking an extended holiday. It missed its connection between Vancouver and Calgary on October 27th, and since then has been sitting comfortably at a Calgary sort facility — October 28th, 29th, and now the 30th. When I chatted with Best Buy’s customer service, my lighthearted suggestion for a name change wasn’t appreciated. Instead, I was told to wait five more business days plus two additional days before they could escalate. Still waiting for my office chair ordered on October 21st. Not the “best” experience, folks.
