When I went to the store, the service was very cold, and no one spoke French, even though we are in Canada. Instead of replacing the product or giving me a refund, they made me follow a complicated process: going to a post office, shipping the headphones, waiting, etc. The whole process is long, costly, and completely disproportionate to the value of the product. Very disappointed with the after-sales service.

- SSSamDec 20, 20251.0Buyer beware they have a scam that they like to run where they say they have a deal on the protection plan but they can't take the difference off of it and have to take it off of the product such as a TV. So when you come in to get the price match due to TV prices dropping on something like black friday they will say they won't give you the full amount. This is because they took the money from the protection plan sale off the TV so you technically pay full price for the TV but they don't have to give you back the proper price match. So if the TV is 700 and they take off 60 for the protection plan discount and then the TV comes down to 500 they claim they only owe you 140 instead of 200$. Be aware and don't get scammed like I did. I hope someone can get some good use out of this. They also won't mention this to you at the time of sale.
