While product knowledge is optional, pushing the expensive warranty is mandatory. If you purchase an appliance, expect the delivery to be handled by a third party with zero accountability.

It's just unbelievable in our day and time to find store manager walking floor and offering help like he is just a regular salesman. He was helping one customer with a smile and great energy after seeing me he greeted me and explained that he will be there shortly. We had a great talk about security cameras he showed me his security cameras on the phone and was talking about Geek people and his company with such a respect that I got sold right away. After he did something outside of my needs he checked on my bill and got his crew to save me more than 25 bucks a month. If this is where retail is going I'm happy to shop again in stores. Very well maintained location with proper management!
