    I spent over $600 on a Samsung SSD and they can't even include the tiny little screw to attach it to the motherboard. Wow.

    I would like to sincerely thank the entire customer service team at Best Buy Appliances for the excellent service they provide. I’m not mentioning individual names because, in my experience, every single team member has been professional, helpful, and truly dedicated to doing their job well. We genuinely appreciate the generous discount and how smoothly our orders were processed. Both the in-store and phone support teams made the purchasing process easy and stress-free. Unfortunately, our experience with the delivery team was the complete opposite. The delivery crew left our appliances uninstalled, blaming the builder and claiming the plug orientation was incorrect, which they said prevented them from installing the cooking range and washer/dryer. However, when we contacted the builder, they were able to install everything quickly and confirmed there was no issue with the plug. It was extremely frustrating to realize the installation could have been completed the same day. An even bigger issue occurred with our refrigerator. The delivery team returned it to the warehouse, stating that it would not fit. We requested a second delivery and even suggested a possible strategy for bringing it down the stairs. When the team returned, they did not attempt our suggestions. Instead, they briefly spoke with the builder, said it wasn’t possible, and then waited in their truck in front of our home for about 30 minutes without taking further action. This situation has been exhausting, especially since we are working within a strict timeline. Because of the delays, I contacted another store, Coast Appliances, and explained what happened. I was surprised that after completing the purchase over the phone just yesterday, our refrigerator was delivered smoothly and without any issues. Their delivery team used different techniques and made the effort to ensure the appliance fit properly. Again, we are very thankful for Best Buy’s outstanding customer service team. We simply hope the delivery service can match the same level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

    I had an excellent experience at Best Buy! The staff (Chahatjit, Sunayani & Kay) were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse products, and the checkout process was smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the great deals and wide selection of electronics and appliances. Overall, Best Buy made shopping stress-free and enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

    4th repair attempt on a $2k PC in 10 months. Returned from Geek Squad with a physically bent cooler (see photo). Vancouver service center is denying the damage despite the visible tilt. I feel gaslit every time they say "We can't replicate/duplicate issue" I'm over it. Edit: They are not honoring their legal obligations or my warranty. They returned the broken PC to me again, the CPU is not working because they bent the cooler. They told me that it's okay at the store, "It just how it installed".
