    Found an item from another online store, so I thought I would give a local best buy store my business instead of an online retailer. BIG MISTAKE! I asked to price match an item with the exact same part number/model number and was given the run around and they denied my price match with different excused that did not make sense like saying the item had a different discription on the title of the item but the same exact description was present lower into the bestbuy AD. They insisted it was different but the numbers are exactly the same even the sales person agreed that it's the exact same but their manager said no still. This is why it's better to buy online, tried supporti local store but got shut out.

    DO NOT COME HERE TO PRICE MATCH!! They will deny it for no reason. Came here at this location to purchase a LG monitor. Tried to price match from another Canadian retailer with the exact same model number and was denied just because (no reason whatsoever) . I asked for a manager to explain to me why they can't price match but they made me wait for so long so I just left. Crazy unprofessional service here.

    My experience at this Best Buy was awful, mainly because of the manager, Tyler. In my opinion, he was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, he came off irritated and disrespectful, which made a simple situation way harder than it needed to be. I honestly walked out wondering how someone with that attitude ends up in a management role. Very disappointing and not a place I plan to return to. Google should add a no star option.

    I want to specifically shout out the employee, Jerline. I came into Best Buy with a complicated return situation involving a modem purchased on the BB marketplace, and she handled it smoothly and professionally. She also quickly updated my profile information to prevent a similar mix-up in the future. Awesome customer service!

    This is our worst shopping experience ever with Bestbuy. We purchased our basement appliances in September, and we were given two weeks for the order to get delivered on Oct 14th. We got email in the afternoon of that October 14th that the order can’t be delivered as there was a delay with the fridge. Why can’t this be communicated earlier before the delivery date??? Getting this message on delivery date is so ridiculous! They offer us $50 gift card for the order not to be split and all the appliances will be delivered oct 29th. We rejected this offer immediately as we needed other appliances to be delivered especially the microwave so the project won’t be put on hold for long, but we didn’t get any response. We were at the store Oct 18th to express our displeasure. The lady we met at the appliances department said she will send email and get back to us. Up till now no response from anyone. What a store!
