    I came into the store today. Everyone was great. Gautam helped me with my Garmin watch. He showed me features I didn't even know I had. I asked questions about my phone and he had all of the answers. He showed me how to set things up. Vocalization is good but having physical interaction saves the world. If there were ten stars Gautam would hands down take it. 😃

    I visited the store to purchase a laptop, and the level of service I received was truly unforgettable. From the moment I entered the store to the time I left—and even when I returned again—the experience was consistently positive. The staff member welcoming customers (sorry for not getting your name) at the main entrance was warm and pleasant, which set a great tone right away. I’d especially like to recognize Advisor Marvin, who was incredibly helpful throughout my purchase. I had been confused between a few laptop options and had been unable to make a decision for over a month. Marvin asked thoughtful questions, recommended the right product for my needs, and explained even the smallest details with great clarity. He was extremely patient, listened carefully to all my (even silly) questions, and broke down technical terms in a way that was easy to understand. A big shoutout as well to Assistant Store Leader, Gautam for helping me with my phone plans. He helped me realize that I wasn’t actually getting the best deal I thought I had. He took the time to explain different plans and options, and in the end, I switched to a different network and saved money—something I truly appreciated. Overall, this was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy. Thank you to the entire team at the Deerfoot Meadows location for making this such a positive and memorable visit.

    Pretty disappointed with best buy as of my last purchase. They claim to price match, but don't actually price match. I bought a gaming laptop and 4 year warranty from them. $1799 for the laptop and 600$ for 4 years of full warranty. A few days later, found the exact same laptop with 32 gigs of ram(the one I bought had 16 gigs) for $1599 at Costco and $99 for 3 years full warranty. So all in there was large price difference. I spoke with a manager at this location who refused to offer the price match despite Best Buy explicitly mentioning Costco in thier price matching policy. I believe this is called false advertising. I definitely won't be returning to any Best Buy stores because of this experience.

    I was truly impressed by the service at this store. There were so many associates ready to help and make sure we were well taken care of. We’ve visited many Best Buy stored across Ontario and have never experienced service like this. It was a genuinely pleasant shopping experience. Keep up the great work, team!

    I went to this location and directly go to geeksquad area just to replace my screen protector and broken charger. I was in geeksquad for a year now and getting replacement for broken accesories under geeksquad protection plan was valid as I known. Thats what they told me when I bought my phone a year ago and offer me the protection plan accesories was included and its not my first time to go in the geeksquad for replacement. The first person who talk to me regarding my concern seems like he didnt know he’s job and saying I can’t replace my accesories under greksquad protection plan like comon man’ u need to know your job more.. thanks to Chad to step in to handle and assisting me to my concern to replace my screen protector and charger under geeksquad protection plan.. He approach me professionally and he knows his job.. thanks sir..
