No matter how busy it is, Kamal is an assistant store manager and he always makes time for me, answers all my questions, and makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. Customer service like this is rare. Kamal is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people—not just making a sale. Because of him, this Best Buy feels welcoming and worth returning to again and again. If you’re thinking about visiting this location, do it—and ask for Kamal . I told them they did so she checked the warehouse and they had it. She told me she couldn’t give it to me because the bank didn’t authorize the purchase but they did, so I had to buy it in store. He went out of his way to ensure I had the correct home theater receiver for the set-up I have with my speakers and tv. Even sought out a discount for me when I upgraded to a unit that wasn't on sale. Great job Shane, Best Buy will do well with staff like yourself and it would be excellent if they gave you some additional recognition.
