    We went there today and my co-workers and Supervisor. And purchased. While me roaming around waiting for the rest someone approached me and asked "If i need aomething" while his eyes staring at the purchased item. And i simply told him that its already paid which is obviously paid because no more lock string wrapped around the box. I don't have that kind of key to un-attached that secured string of course. But they way he asked the tone of his voice its like you already committed a crime of stealing. "Do you already paid for it?" And as i walk around to continue my browing. He came to me again and asked " How did i pay for it?" So i told him i went to their counter of course. My Supervisor came he have the receipts. And show it to him. The thing is.. You're the "'Manager" but that's the tone of your voice when asking? If you suspected let's say. You can come to your counter and ask. Or better ask nicely. Very offending when your manager approached me and asked. Is that kind manager you have there?? Damn.. No wonder you store have a low rating score. Attitude of your manager is not manager like behaviour. If there is a No Star rating that is what this location deserved to have not even 1star. Pictures of what im browing earlier at that store when he approached me.

    Great staff and amazing store. Unfortunately I have a hard time shopping at this entire complex these days which is too bad. I live next door and I can’t even shop here because your security, construction crews, store managers and the car delaerahips all work together to profile and herrasse me and others when they come anywhere close. Every time I walk thru there or try to shop there someone honks, herrasses or yells at me or tries to run me over in the parking lot when I’m just trying to get gas or groceries. If I’m not aloud to shop here or something, you should probably let me know. Am I expected to assume in unwanted, you don’t get to herrasse anyone walking thru the parking lot. Sick of the constart honking and road rage in the area

    Me and my wife visited the store for TV. But one of the employee name Boan made a comment saying, "Bigger the better," followed by a laugh. I found this remark not only unprofessional but completely inappropriate. It was especially disturbing to hear such a comment in front of my wife, as it objectified the situation and made both of us feel disrespected. All I am writing to request that this incident be addressed, and that measures are taken to ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism at all times.

    Extremely disappointing experience with Team Lead Sandeep at Best Buy. I purchased a TV just 6 days ago and found the exact same model at Costco for $150 less. I went back with clear photo and video proof from the Costco location, yet Sandeep refused to price match simply because the lower price wasn’t reflected online. Instead of making any effort to verify the in-store pricing or escalate the situation, his only response was, “You can return the TV.” That response shows a complete lack of customer focus. I was fully prepared to keep the TV and even spend more money at Best Buy. I told him I was willing to purchase a $500–$600 soundbar and adjust the $150 difference within that purchase. In other words, Best Buy would have kept the TV sale and gained an additional accessory sale. There was absolutely no flexibility or attempt to retain the business. Now I have to drive back home, uninstall the mounted TV, log out of all streaming accounts, factory reset it, carefully repack everything, return it, and then repurchase the same TV from Costco. All of this over $150 that could have easily been resolved. I have never seen a store so willing to lose not only a TV sale but potentially hundreds more in additional purchases over such a small price difference. Very poor leadership and extremely frustrating customer handling. As a result, I will be returning the TV and purchasing from Costco instead.

    They’ve just lost a customer, When I first purchased their warranty for these exact headphones 2 years ago, they said it “it will cover anything if the sound stops working if the hinge snaps or either side stops having sound” I came back a year later after the hinge snapped and they had changed it just enough to barely honour my warranty as they changed it without telling us that they no longer covered hinge breaks with these headphones, we eventually convinced them that they needed to honour our original warranty as they specifically told us we would be covered if the hinge broke so they replaced I came back this year and AGAIN they’ve changed the warrenty now any physical damage no longer qualifies they didn’t tell us this till we came to the counter. you have our email on file if a thing changes with a warranty you have payed for YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR COSTUMERS. Regardless, even with that I claimed the side that was broken wasn’t working and despite last year being told that if one side stops working it’s replaceable she came at me this year with “one side still works, its still working therefore it’s not covered” I am never buying anything for Best buy again you keep changing your replacement rules and are one of the most anti consumer companies I have ever had the displeasure of buying from. on a side note, do not Buy Audiotechnica headphones, their hinges break very easily and that part is the only replacement part not sold on audiotechnica’s site forcing you to buy new headphones all together or 3d print a new part that voids your warrenty.
