  Placed a pickup order at 8am, while 4 of the item were still in stock. They cancelled the order at 3pm without explanation, nothing. Now I can't find the item in stock anywhere else, which I would if they had cancelled earlier. Contacted them and they gave a BS reason about not being able to check my credit card billing address (which is a CC I have used and worked well everywhere). So they just emailed me a cancellation and that's it. They didn't attempt to contact me and it also took them 7 hours to do so which made it impossible for me to purchase it anywhere else as it ran out of stock in the meantime. I'll never buy from Best Buy again.

  Ravinder, sales associate was went out of her way to NOT follow my instructions. When I asked Ravinder, if they had my item; she would not look it up in her system. Even though other Best Buy store associates would; but didn't not have it in stock at thier locations. The big problem, I have because she not did not listen to me. She make sure I got email Reciept on my sibling's email & spoiled her suprise Birthday gift; 3 months ahead of time. Ravinder, she will put in more effort to defy customers; so don't buy a pay plan, warranty, or get an add-on with her. Because she put in more work to go against what I told her. If you come back & explain that's not what you want; they will say you're lying or you should have say so before you purchase anything. If she the only person work in that department go somewhere.

  I enjoy coming to this location because they usually carry the widest in-store selection. I often place orders online and can pick them up the same day, which is really convenient. There have also been times when I bought larger items in person thanks to staff who helped me figure out what would best fit my needs. Big shout-out to the team in the computer and laptop department, as well as the female staff at Geek Squad. They are knowledgeable and very customer-service oriented. What I haven’t loved is dealing with a few employees in the mobile department who came across as unprofessional, and the parking lot can be tight. Even so, I still recommend this store if you want a good variety of products available to see in person.
