    Dropped in for one item and this place was a Mad house crazy busy. If you're looking for a TV you'll be tripping over them in this place 😆. First employee asked for help they told were the item was not far away. Then asked for item but it was locked up he said he didn't have a Key. So he said I'll get someone with a key for you I said great. Then the next employee came and said oh I'll be right back I have to get a key? You don't say... 😆. So after a couple minutes of playing find the key game finally got the item I wanted. The Best part of my visit was watching to grown man trying to fit an 75" TV into a Dodge Ram in the back seat? 🤔 😆. I even stopped and said that's not going to fit but the continued to try and make it fit lol. Thanks for the laughs Calgary Best Buy!

    I had an excellent experience with Nisha Patel at Best Buy in Sunridge. She was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Nisha took the time to understand what I needed and helped me choose the right product without any pressure. Her customer service was truly outstanding and made my shopping experience very smooth.     One of the worst Best Buy experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service team at this location is a complete joke. I was standing at the customer service trying to figure out the return policy of a pair of headphones while the associates mostly Ladies were busy gossiping and laughing instead of doing their job. When I asked for help after waiting several minutes, they looked annoyed, rolled their eyes, and rudely told me to wait. No greeting, no smile, no apology just pure attitude. When I asked about the return policy, one of them snapped, check our Best Buy website.Seriously? Thats your answer? If you can,t be bothered to help customers or even talk politely, why are you working at customer service? The customer service staff here have no manners especially at customer service desk, no professionalism, and no idea what basic customer service means. Absolute embarrassment for Best Buy. I’ll never step foot in this place again and I’d strongly suggest others avoid it too.

    A worst customer service experience i ever had at this store, i purchased a product and which was defective and contacted Bestbuy online customer support to ask about the return policy and explain them the situation, very politely they responded and told me if the product is defective i can return any time in 30 days return window or i also have a option to exchange and return, then i decided to go back to the store and return the product when i reach to the customer support they said we will charge you a 15% restocking fee which I explain them that the product is defective and there is no any restocking fee on a defective product they said No you’re Wrong, who said a Lady with rude behaviour her name is i believe RIDA and one other lady standing by, i tell them that i already confirmed from the Bestbuy customer support both of the these rude ladies said No we are not going to do that, then i requested for a manager, manager a Guy came and immediately understood the situation and order those rude ladies to return the product, finally after standing there for 50 minutes they returned the product, this is happened because of the lack of knowledge and they have no respect of their customers, after returning the product customer support representative NIDA behaviour was very rude i respectfully told her that is a basic information you should know so other customers not suffer like me she said your matter is already resolved now , No apologies no smile on face, both of these ladies behaving like i may be did a criminal activity. I already complained to the bestbuy higher department but my request to this store is hire some professional peoples Or tell your customer representative to learn the basics things how to deal with the customers. Bestbuy is canada biggest in person store and i am expecting at least a respectful behaviour when i am shopping there. When this happened, Sunday - November 09, 2025 At 3:10PM if you want find check your CCTV at Customer support/Checkout desk

    Worst costumer service! I understand now that they just want to make a sale. I told them multiple times that I wanted the iPhone 17 Pro Max, but the Indian lady said, “I remember you,” and I replied, “Oh, you’re the one from last time,” so I assumed she remembered my what I wanted last time. She told me they had the iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver, which is exactly what I wanted, but she actually gave me the 17 Pro instead. Then she passed me to another staff member named Jay, who rushed to put the phone in the box and paper bag. Good thing I checked it when I got to my car — I said, “This isn’t the one I wanted!” I went back right away. Jay even asked me twice if I wanted the 17 Pro Max, and I clearly said yes both times! And also, the Indian lady wrote ‘iPhone 17 Pro’ on the paper — I didn’t even read or check it. It’s annoying how they don’t care about the customer, they just want to sell.
