  I just came back from BestBuy which I had not shopped in for years because of an extended warranty printer issue which took months to resolve and we just ended up buying a new printer. Fast forward to today. I need new AirPods so instead of going to the Apple Store I thought I would go to the Best Buy down the street. Thinking it would be the same experience as the Apple Store. I could not have been more wrong. I purchased the AirPods 3 last Sunday. My birthday was yesterday and I was given a set. Lucky me. So I go into BestBuy today to return the ones I purchased. I am told flat out that they are not returnable. I said excuse me, “at not point in the purchase did anyone tell me they were not returnable”. They found every reason in the book to just say no. I did ask the assistant manger this question - “If i was told this 6 days ago that the item was not returnable, do think I would be here right now?”. His answer was “we know that our people tell customers that items are not returnable every time.” You and I both know this is not true and all they want is the sale. So here I sit with 2 sets of AirPods and I will never shop at BestBuy again. Anyone want to buy a set of AirPods???

  The service of purchasing the laptop was good. He was friendly and it was quick and efficient. He said that it would be ready for pickup the next day. However, the next day it was not available for pickup. When I called, they said it would be ready in 2 to 3 days for pickup. Apparently the next day pick up was "an estimated time frame" which they failed to mention. Communication needs work.

  FIVE STARS ✨: Yami Yami is the best employee at this store. She immediately understood my complex problem and resolved it quickly and professionally. Her outstanding service is the only reason this review is not zero stars. Thank you, Yami! 👍 ZERO STARS 👎: Store Leader Nitin Saroay Store Leader Nitin Saroay is the absolute worst leader I have ever encountered. His zero level of understanding and complete lack of humanity are shocking. Furthermore, he is a bully whose unprofessional conduct is actively detrimental. Most critically, this leader assisted a homeless drug addict in stealing my scooter from the store's reception area helped him to escape from exit door at closing time 8:00PM (photos attached). Best Buy management needs to take immediate action regarding his position.

  Fairly small compared to other stores I've been to but the selection of items is reasonable.

  Mobile shop section is always short staffed while there are 4-5 staff members floating around doing nothing. Who is there manager of this store and what does that person do? beats me..what a gong show..they lost my business twice in a row now, not planning to go back 🤬
