I'm a year round cyclist and I get quite dirty in winter and have been mistaken for being homeless plenty. I stopped at the lower mount royal location to get a new cell phone last December. I was treated like gold by the manager Jenine. She was so helpful and considerate. It was a great experience.

During our recent visit, we had an experience similar to a review we came across. While browsing for an external DVD player, we felt uncomfortable due to the constant attention from staff. Multiple employees repeatedly approached us, closely observed our movements, and appeared to communicate about us through their earpieces. The level of monitoring made the visit feel uneasy rather than welcoming. In an effort to ease the situation, I proceeded to purchase a camera, as the experience left us feeling as though our presence was being viewed with suspicion. No customer should leave feeling uncomfortable or unfairly judged.
Experiences like this discourage customers from returning, and we hope meaningful improvements will be made.

The service has been terrible as of late; especially today, I was looking for item and the dozens of floor staff watch walk around & looking every moment you turn. But then when you wave someone down; "it'll generally be here or the other wall" so help me find it; especially Iif it say you have the item in your location.
Shemsiya extremely rude, if you ask about an item; she can't just tell you it's not in stock & the canadain Best Buy website is wrong. She as to add "that's what I thought" she needs to be snarky about. But when you show her on your own cellphone, she'll stop answering your questions. "This 17 ave Best Buy right"? "They have it here".
If you need any proof, check your Camera footage from Thursday. Most you of your sales team will be chatting when I walk up to the cash register.
