    I bought a gaming PC from here. And a ps5 pro and a 75 inch tv They set everything up for me on my pc and made sure that everything was good to go and comfortable as soon as I got home. I'm very impressed with this store's service. I highly recommend best buy to anybody over any competitor been shopping with best buy for over 20 years 💯😁

    just earlier today I went to go buy a memory card for my switch 2, had a fairly normal interaction, with the clerk confirming that return policy states I have 30 days to return the product should I so choose. So I got home and tried to use on with the Switch 2. it didn't work and I needed a different one. So I go back to return my product as per the return policy, except the return policy was completely changed within the last 20 minutes and is now states all sales are final. This comes across as incredibly scummy. As a result, I will not be trusting any advice I get from any Best Buy staff, since I don't know if they're interested in running this sort of operation regularly, nor do I know if it's isolated to this location. EDIT: we cannot comment on each other's reviews, but Matthew Young's story confirms this is not an isolated incident.

    Bought a Light Hawk Alley drone for a Christmas present for my stepson at Shaganappi store in Calgary Alberta. I live outside of Cochrane Alberta so it is a fair distance drive to get there. Regardless of that, I purchased the item. On Christmas morning he opened the gift and we proceeded to prepare the drone as per manufacturer’s instructions. After 2 hours of patiently waiting for the battery to charge we finally were ready to do the first flight test but to our disappointment the drone did nothing. Explained to stepson that the battery was probably deficient and I would take it back to the store and get another. When I got to the store they were very efficient to exchange the product with another as I requested and told me to grab another one from the shelf. Unfortunately there was none available at that store so they refunded me my money. I decided I would go to another store that was close to the one I had just left it ended up being on 17Ave SW. when I got there they had two left on the shelf so I purchased one of the two and headed back home to an excited and patiently waiting stepson. Opened up the new box and Lo and behold this box had no battery in the box. Once again we were defeated in our first flight experience. Phoned the customer service line which took 45 minutes to finally talk to a real person and all I got was moments of silence after I asked a question. He was apparently reading off of a screen on how to appropriately answer the questions he was asked. Not impressed with their responses which seemed to just go in circles back to the same response on how I could order another on line pay for it and then take back the original one for a refund. I definitely have decided to boycott Best Buy as a place to do any more shopping

    Ordered an item online for pickup. Got a confirmation email that item was ready for pickup. Showed up to store and they cancelled the order because it wasn't available. When I asked for help locating the item at other locations, I was told they could not help. Incredibly frustrating experience
