    My husband and I recently visited the Apple Store; he needed his phone repaired, and I was there to purchase AirPods Pro 3. We were initially greeted by a friendly team member who directed us appropriately. Another staff member then told my husband that someone from the repair team would come assist him and told me that someone from his team would help me with my purchase. Unfortunately, after that, we were left waiting for about 15 minutes if not more with no follow-up, no communication, and no one checking in on us. During that time, several team members appeared available, and a supervisor was standing nearby chatting with staff. It was clear we had not been helped. I approached the supervisor and asked, “May I know what it is that we are waiting for?” Instead of checking in with us or acknowledging the delay, she responded rudely by asking, “What is it that you’re waiting for?” I explained that we had been told someone would assist us, and she dismissively replied that she was not the one who helped us and only “heard something about purchasing AirPods 3.” There was no apology or ownership of the situation. When I asked whether any of the available team members could assist me, she barely paused to listen before walking away to grab someone. Customer service is not only about completing transaction it’s about communication, ownership, and making customers feel seen and included. A simple check-in or acknowledgment of the wait would have made a big difference. What made the interaction more disappointing was observing how friendly and engaged they appeared with other customers around us, while we were left waiting without acknowledgment. As someone who visibly wears hijab, I couldn’t help but wonder whether unconscious bias played a role in how we were treated. I sincerely hope that wasn’t the case. That said, I do want to recognize the two employees who ultimately helped us. The team member who assisted me with my AirPods purchase was incredibly supportive and kind, and the repair specialist who helped my husband was equally professional and pleasant. They turned the experience around for us. I hope store leadership reflects on how supervisory staff represent the brand, because initial impressions and communication matter just as much as the final service

    Do Not come to this store for repair even if you have warranty. For even better, quit Apple product. The microphone on my Apple Watch wasn’t working so two weeks ago I took it to this store. The staff who helped diagnosing the problem said I would get it fixed or replaced for free because it’s within warranty. I left the watch at the store and they sent it out for repair. A few days later the repair updates informed me that there was a physical damage to the microphone and that it wasn’t covered by warranty. I wondered why there is a physical damage under normal use, so I phoned the store and Apple support team to inquire about physical damages and if they have any evidence for that, what they responded was shocking: it’s all up to the repair technician’s words and they don’t need to show any evidence. I had no choice but to choose no repair because it would cost me the amount of a new watch to get it fixed. When I got the watch, they had updated the watch’s system. I had to update my iPhone to pair the watch although I didn’t want to update to the newest IOS system. They didn’t give me any choice. These are what this store does, and what Apple does. Avoid them.

    Unable to purchase due to lack of service, lost order and unexplained pricing increases I tried twice to buy an iPad Pro and accessories at the Apple Store in Market Mall and both time left without a purchase due to poor service and inconsistent pricing. On my first visit, I waited about 45 minutes near the display without being helped. On my second visit, I waited another 20 minutes, selected my items, verified my student status, but couldn’t complete payment due to my daily debit limit. I returned within ten minutes with cash, but my order couldn’t be found and had to be rebuilt. The total was suddenly about $400 higher for the same items. I later called and spoke with the manager, who was condescending yet persistent. Again my order was rebuilt and again they quoted me another $400 increase. The same purchase ended up roughly $800 more than the original quote. No clear explanation was given for the price changes, and the experience felt dismissive and disorganized. This was a waste of several hours and did not meet expectations for a premium retail store.

    Worst customer service experience. Spent my time to visit the store to replace my under warranty accessories but they want me to come back even though they have it in stock. Just wasting customers time.

    I had a truly outstanding experience with “Alia” at the Apple Store. From the moment I approached her, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me. She listened carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions to fully understand what I needed, and explained everything in a clear and patient way. What impressed me most was her professionalism and product knowledge. She didn’t rush the interaction — instead, she made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. She walked me through the features step by step and even shared helpful tips that I didn’t know before. Her positive attitude and calm approach made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Alia represents the Apple brand exceptionally well. She combines technical expertise with excellent customer service skills, which is rare and valuable.
