  Staff is not very helpful. Was told to sit at the “genius” bar after telling an employee I had an appointment. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes with no one coming to ask me what I needed. After asking another employee, I was told that I needed to check in.

  I called the store to simply ask if they had the iPhone 17 Pro Max (Cosmic Orange, 256GB) in stock. Instead of answering a basic stock question, the person on the call tried to force me to buy the phone over the phone, claiming it wouldn’t be available by the time I reached the store. At the same time, they refused to confirm whether the phone was actually in stock, saying the store doesn’t share inventory details, which makes absolutely no sense if you’re trying to sell it to me on the call. On top of that, I was asked unnecessary and intrusive questions like why I’m buying the iPhone and who it’s for, which is none of their business. What was supposed to be a quick stock check turned into a complete waste of time and a pushy sales pitch. If you can’t provide basic information and only care about forcing a sale, then what’s the point of even answering customer calls? Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited for over 20 minutes while staff were roaming around freely, yet no one approached to help. When I asked for assistance, I was repeatedly told to wait at the counter. Absolutely unacceptable.

  I visited the apple store at Market Mall located just inside the south entrance of the mall. The store had a lot of customers and each customer had an attendant who was helping to get merchandise and/or answer questions. I met "Fade" who attended to me, he answered all my questions regarding the phone specifications, payment plans, return policy and even gave very helpful suggestions regarding purchasing and getting a gift receipt. He also showed us other accessories like the latest model of the apple watch, the different airpods and what they do. I also met Ifeoma who was helpful, she asked us if we needed any help with any product. My overall experience here was amazing. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. The ambience was great, merchandise was beautifully and functionally displayed, the staff were very efficient and helpful. Kudos to Fade and Ifeoma for their professionalism and extensive product knowledge. I would recommend going to this store for a 10/10 experience.

  I like this mall, it has been my go to shopping centre for 29 years. So many stores, boutiques, restaurants and services. It has a great food court and many meet up places. I especially love going here at Christmas. It's so festive, but I do miss the Christmas carollers that use to set up here by the big Xmas tree. That always added such a nice element to the shopping experience.
