    Go in to buy a new computer, immediately some security guard from some 3rd world staring at me trying to act intimidating like this is a bank heist like I’m there to arm rob the place , he was pretending to have a gun… wouldn’t take his eyes off me, great look. Then I had 5 different people, two to show me “help” me decide on computer, than 3 different people to ring me up, each time I had to repeat all my information. Turned what should be a 5 minute transaction into 45 minutes for absolutely no reason.

    Veryyyyyyyyyy bad customer service if allowed I can give -100 they wasted mine 4 days for the apple phone to be fixed , there is mechanical failure on my screen for the software, first they misguided for the service then at first they tried to repair and create and the technician create a fault on camera and then they asked to wait for couple of more days for the part and then again my husband got in today and while fixing the front camera they add dust on the back camera and they said we have to wait for another weekdays .. verry bad technician and they represent apple and very bad customer service

    had an excellent experience at the Apple Store in Chinook Mall. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They repaired my phone, which was broken, and everything was done very quickly and at no cost since it was still under warranty. I also highly recommend getting AppleCare. For only $13/month you get direct assistance from Apple, which is absolutely worth it. If I had to pay for the repair out of pocket, it would have cost me around $500. AppleCare definitely saves you money and gives you peace of mind.

    I don't love that this store is always PACKED but I am grateful that the store is well staffed to accommodate the crowd. Came in for a repair and the staff at the genius bar were so kind and helpful. Although I did have to wait an extra ~20 mins after my scheduled appointment to get help from a staff, when I did get help, they were kind, understanding and very helpful. Answered all my silly questions and really did their best to go above and beyond with their service. I dont LOVE the store, but i LOVE the staff here (shout out to Rob and Wes they were so great)

    Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience. I visited this store for iPad service and also purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max during the same visit. Despite being a paying customer, I was treated with a complete lack of basic human dignity. During an emergency situation, I politely asked for a cup of water. A staff member bluntly told me that water would not be provided under any circumstances. I asked multiple times, yet no one showed concern or urgency. It was only after a long delay, and after another staff member was finally assigned to me, that I was given a cup of water. What made this experience worse was the clear feeling of being treated differently. As a person of color, I could not help but feel that empathy and basic courtesy were selectively applied. This kind of behavior reflects systemic bias and racial insensitivity, which is completely unacceptable—especially for a global brand that claims to value inclusion and respect. Apple is not just selling products; it represents values. In emergency situations, humanity should come before policy. If something serious had happened, who would have been responsible? I strongly urge store management to address staff behavior, bias awareness, and emergency response training. No customer should ever feel ignored, dismissed, or discriminated against in an Apple Store.
