  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at an Apple Store. When I first visited to buy the iPhone 17, the staff member who helped me told me there was no stock and advised me to order it online. He clearly said that once the phone arrived, I could bring it back to the store and they would give me the trade-in value of my old phone in cash. Today, after waiting two full weeks, I returned to the store only to be met with extremely rude behavior. Both the employee and especially the manager were unbelievably disrespectful. The manager raised his voice at me, spoke with attitude, and acted like the situation was my fault—even though I was following the instructions their own staff gave me. Before managers start arguing with customers, they should focus on properly training their staff. The misinformation came from their team, not from me. In the end, after all the waiting and frustration, I walked out with a refund instead of the phone I ordered. Completely unacceptable. This experience has made me lose trust in Apple’s customer service. I will never visit this location again.

  Booked an appointment and waited a very long time as staff began leaving for the day and there were no staff left to support the Genius Bar. Also very disappointed no one came to explain the situation or even apologize. They obviously don’t understand the purpose of having an appointment. Very disappointed!!

  Wow!!!! Amazing people! Row (hope I got the name right) and Sera explained everything nicely, patiently and so professionally! I felt as if I was chatting with friends. Always ready to help, always smiling and always attentive! Caring and human! Very impressed with their approach and customer service. It created a strong trust platform that led to building confidence in the product. Thank you for being so nice and helping us get what we wanted. Also bumped into my friends Gabrielle and James and a brief hi to the floor Manager Jewel. Overall great energy, cool vibes and lovely experience! What started as a casual visit to the Apple Store, actually ended up with a valuable purchase and a beautiful meet up with a bunch of super nice people!!!! Fantastic job Apple Chinook!!!! Will be back for sure!!!!👏😃♥️🎉🥂

  Takaiden was phenomenal. I arrived earthly morning to purchase the Air (along with warranty and case). He was so quick. Our checkout was completed in less than 5 minutes as I had a business meeting to attend later. I did not rush him and yet he and the store itself are so efficient, I was blown away. Great experience!

  Took my MacBook Air 13" into the Apple store at Chinook mall after an accidental water damage. Michaela at the Genius Bar was incredibly helpful and transparent, and she genuinely tried get my computer repaired quickly as I had a major essay due. Throughout the repair, Apple called me multiple times to approve new parts due to worsening water damage. As in Apple Policy for any repair or service, I was explicitly reassured more than once that I would be contacted in the rare case any data erase would be needed since I had files that are worth more then the MacBook itself. Michaela even bolded this out for the techs who apple tells me is Gareth in the review they asked for. Despite this policy and direct promises, my computer was erased anyways. Not only did no one call me before erasing my computer to ask if they could put my data on a stick, I didn’t even get an update when the repair was complete. I had to call them the next day because they wrote the wrong email down. Only then did I find out the device had already been erased during post-repair checks. No warning. No chance to back anything up. Sentimental and personal files now gone with no way to get them back. I paid over $1000 for this repair and trusted the Genius Bar techs to follow through with their communication. They failed. And because of that, I lost data worth more than the MacBook itself. Two phone calls during repair, yet not a single one before deleting everything. Not to mention the computer wasn't even cleaned off... This is not just a mistake. This is negligence. I’m looking forward to being in touch with senior management.
