  I had an absolutely horrible experience at this store. 3.5 months ago I went in to purchase either an ipad or Macbook for work. I am not the most tech savvy person in the world so I went into the store relying on the sales reps to help me out and provide me with information so I can make a decision. Long story short, the rep told me there was essentially no difference between an Ipad with the magic keyboard and a macbook. Both would essentially function the exact same I was told. I have a mac desktop computer at home, so I was looking for something to take with me on business trips. My first work trip was scheduled for Feb so the Ipad pretty much sat around in the box. Fast forward to the business trip and I find out very quickly that when it comes to work related use like emails, excel, word, crm etc the ipad is very glitchy and not even close to a macbook. Its not nearly as smooth to work on. So I go into the store today and talked to 2 different managers. Both of them I could tell in their tone they really didn't care at all. Because I failed to return the items before 14 days, that is all that mattered to them. Totally refusing to acknowledge the miss information from THEIR rep, that THEY are in charge of training. Don't put someone on the floor if they dont understand the products. Simple business practice. Absolutely 0 ownership by the store managers. They should be embarrassed. Not to mention the fact that I am a loyal apple customer. All my products are apple; phones, laptops, desktop airbuds etc. I was a business owner for 15 years and I can tell you right now we never treated our customers like this. Especially loyal, repeat customers. Even if they were wrong in some cases we would try to make them happy so they kept coming back. I guess I shouldn't be surprised after seeing the google ratings - a whopping 3.3 stars for this store. If your reviews are that bad clearly something is wrong. And it always starts at the top. If anyone is reading this from the store - these managers need to be replaced or taught a lesson in customer service. It literally feels like I got scammed and they don't care. Pathetic. And BTW I don't think I have ever written a negative google review; so that tells you everything you need to know about this experience.

  Beaucoup de gens disponibles pour renseigner, mais nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour voir un vendeur. Certains produits ne peuvent pas être tester comme les lunettes VR.

  Already know what I want. Waiting for someone to help me actually get it... Disappointed. Great product. Terrible service. Had 3 people tell me, I will send someone to help you/find someone for you... How many more minutes will it be?

  I went to the Apple Store - CF Chinook Centre planning to buy the iPhone , but the experience completely changed my mind. The customer service was honestly horrible — long waits, no clear guidance, and staff who seemed disinterested in helping. When you’re about to spend that kind of money, you expect at least basic courtesy and attention. Really disappointing experience. I wish I could have given zero star.

  Pathetic service from the sales staff there. People working there don’t know the basics of handling a customer and getting their sales up. Useless people there! All the staff there needs to be replaced with people with some basic sales etiquette. Negative stars would be a score that I would give. I decided not to buy from the store and will definitely vote for Market Mall store.
