    I placed an online order expecting a quick and efficient pickup during my lunch break. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The sales associate repeatedly tried to upsell phone plans, even after I clearly stated multiple times that I wasn’t interested and was only there to pick up my order. After reiterating my request, the associate’s attitude became noticeably unfriendly, despite me remaining polite. I am aware that sales are part of the job, but it should be important to respect customers and their time in such situations. There is a clear difference between offering and insisting while failing to read basic social cues. Based on this visit, I would not return.
