  The people that work at this store are very helpful. I purchased a TV via online pickup which they brought outside for me. The TV was a little too big to fit in my civic, in fact it got stuck on my back seat. They were very careful with handling it and took 5-10 mins to really make sure that it properly fit in and the door could be closed. Very thankful for how they helped me.

  This best buy with geek squad branch is the worst customer service I have experienced in Canada, TV was displayed for sale, deliver took 4 months, called Geek squad, the admin, was rude, replied " you should have called bestbuy the TV had been delivered " quite rude, guess what? monopoly is the cause, no apologies or courtesy. Imagine paying for an appliance, then wait for delivery, wait for installation after 4 months, 1 week. I will advise everyone to avoid this best buy branch.. Staff do not complete task on purchase, don't complete Geek squad task for installation too, it's horrible!!!

  Great customer service comes in a few different ways. When an error occured, Baijo the Manager made it seem like nothing happened, fixed the situation quickly, just to ensure hr best customer satisfaction. Rare, and so awesome to see. You dont get that on Amazon.

  Samir was very rude and began arguing with me when I nicely said I would have to go somewhere else because of the absurd markup. Shockingly bad experience

  Politely asked customer representative for the item, didn't help, then walked away without any explanations or suggestions, without asking someone else.. What a service!
