  We have a wonderful experience the other night shopping for a TV. Bunny was very helpful and knowledgeable- but also personable and easy to talk with. He helped us a lot and took the time to show us the difference between options. It was a really great and helpful experience.

  Used to shop here and spend lots of money , but those were the days of selling physical media. Movies and Games , etc. Since Best Buy has stopped selling physical media, I have forgotten they exist entirely. I made the mistake of entering the store recently , in search for Wired 6.35mm (aka ¼ inch) headphones to used with a Record Player and with a Mixing Board. While looking , a clerk approached me and asked if I needed help , and I explained exactly what I'm looking for and what I would be using it for. The clerk suggested Bluetooth headphones .... which is the worst possible choice for Analog sound and moving boards. I'd rather hear "no we don't have that" , it's at least truthful. Clearly this store is about pushing any sales possible as the staff has no idea how to be useful. While standing in-store , I browsed Amazon for what I was looking for and found it very quickly , and then made my purchase via Amazon. Aesthetically, this store has moved the Cashier's area to the back of the store and decided to fill the front of the store with a warehouse style amount of random boxes of TV sets all over the place. What a hideous shopping experience. I will continue to NOT shop at Best Buy

  Tried to price match an identical item sold and shipped by Walmart Canada. Manager Olo read the Best Buy Low Price Guarantee with me, then still refused because it was an “online price”. When asked about Amazon and other online sellers he hand waved and said if I wanted to follow up I could contact corporate. Felt inconsistent and misleading. Waste of a trip.

  Have to say I received the best service ever from this store in Signal Hill! Needed help with my laptop and lack of connectivity to internet .. Urja from Geek Squad was amazing, helpful, friendly and overall just a pleasure to deal with! I can’t say enough about her as she was so wonderful! Talk about how to build loyality .. I hope that Best Buy / Geek Squad recognize her skills and appitude and what a valuable person she is/ employee that she is! Thank you so much Urja!!!

  I have bought a new laptop and it had Windows 11 on it" apparently ". I can not after 3 months utilize windows at all and the online Website will not help me unless I paid for a subscription for best buy. On top of that, I had a manager say they would transfer my data from my old laptop for $80 upon purchase" Manageable..." I bought a laptop with windows 11 and now it is asking me to pay for a 365 subscription to even look at my documents. Once I picked up my new laptop Best Buy charged me $160 to set it up. Why is my new laptop not doing windows11 as advertised? Now I am being prompted to pay for 365 to even use my windows documents? Im so disappointed in my purchase and Best Buy will not even respond to my emails regarding this.
