  Calgary - After I had to experience the sales associate Giulio at Best Buy Express at Chinook who was terribly rude and obviously not trained enough to speak with politeness and patience, I walked to Best Buy on 17 ave, had been assisted by Gautam who was super kind, and went beyond and above to find me the right solution with my product exchange.

  I'm a year round cyclist and I get quite dirty in winter and have been mistaken for being homeless plenty. I stopped at the lower mount royal location to get a new cell phone last December. I was treated like gold by the manager Jenine. She was so helpful and considerate. It was a great experience.

  During our recent visit, we had an experience similar to a review we came across. While browsing for an external DVD player, we felt uncomfortable due to the constant attention from staff. Multiple employees repeatedly approached us, closely observed our movements, and appeared to communicate about us through their earpieces. The level of monitoring made the visit feel uneasy rather than welcoming. In an effort to ease the situation, I proceeded to purchase a camera, as the experience left us feeling as though our presence was being viewed with suspicion. No customer should leave feeling uncomfortable or unfairly judged. Experiences like this discourage customers from returning, and we hope meaningful improvements will be made.
