  Booked in for an appointment for 11 am, was finally seen at 1 pm. Wasn't necessarily busy as lots of staff, they may have been low on technicians, but once I had a technician, it was quick, professional, helpful and lots of helpful information.

  I just walked in to get AirPod pro and was in and out pretty quick. Shayan was the rep that assisted me and explained everything in great detail and patience.

  Bought an ipad air from there. They do have a returnpolicy but when i got there to return the ipad as needs to buy a acbook these guys refused to take it. It had been only 10days old. Not a Good day for me...

  Not a helpful staff at the market mall Calgary Apple store very bad and unprofessional people during pick up the new device the Apple staff pass the comments like why you have the android go and buy the Apple iphone ?? What you think is this professional behavior and nobody helped us in setting up the new device every time we call the staff members and they showed no interest to come to you for the help. Very bad staff whenever you call them on the phone of the Market Mall Location they are not attending the call properly and cut the call in between again very bad and unprofessional behavior big shame for the Apple customers the Staff of the Market Mall location needs to be fixed properly by the Apple inc and if they're are unable to do their Job properly tell them to resign so that any knowledgeable persons will take over.

  VERY unimpressed with my visit here! After being told my 2024 Mac book air 13 inch could have a 485$ trade in value I went home to grab it and the person doing the evaluation was putting no too things in the trade process that we’re definitely a yes and called a very small dent on the computer a large dent! (Which it is not)! Making my perfectly fine computer go from 485 down to 95$?!?! That is diabolical unacceptable and quite frankly just robbing good citizens. After asking the reason he said the dent effects the value and I then got upset because I’m well aware Apple will fix it for like maybe 100 dollars and then re sell it for 1300$ so help me make this make sense because it doesn’t. Sick and tired of Apple and sick of them training the workers to do poor evaluations to easily rob people blind of a product that is clearly worth way more then their putting out to be!
