    Store review: We were there for a device with screen issues. They accepted us quickly and set up for a text service for our “appointment”. After receiving the text message that said the appointment was ready, we went back to the store and were guided to sit in the front row of chairs. And then we wait and wait and no one is talking to us. To sum: the wait was too long after the appointment was ready. Mac Air review: The device had screen issues after 3 months of purchasing. Gently used. It was good the night before and the next morning screen no longer work. Brought in and was told the screen is cracked (could see at a certain angle but surface is smooth) - “likely due to something on the keyboard while closing” technician said. Quoted 700+ to repair and 130+ had we had apple care + (we didn’t). This device was babied and disappointed it failed and is not covered by warranty. I’d say this device screen is far prone to crack than other devices.

    Great store to purchase from, but worst experience I have ever had technical support. Had an iPad with a bad screen, bought a new iPad to replace it. Purchasing was fast, asked about the possibility of transferring from the old iPad to the new, was told not a problem, but would have to wait for “Genius Bar” person. Wait was 55 minutes, but after 55 minutes was told, before I met the “Genius” that it would not be possible to transfer information as the screen did not work. What a waste of my time. Took it to screen repair kiosk and he plugged in HDMI adapter into the old iPad and had the information transferred in 25 minutes and only charged me $50.00. Genius Bar was a waste of my time…. Don’t let them waste your time.

    Took my father here to buy a new computer and some new headphones, we were greeted by Winston, whom was exceptional, he took the time to fully explain the difference between the 15 inch vs the 13 inch Mac Air, he also showed us around the store and compared headphones they had in store, he was very informative with questions that were asked, he did not seem pushy or rushing, he took his time with us, he even went the extra mile to show the features of the headphones. We left the store very happy, only to return about an hour or so afterwards, as we were having issues with the iCloud Apple ID, we were helped very quickly by Sean (longer hair gentleman) and he fixed everything up and got my dad set up on the new computer super quickly! He was also very informative and helpful! It takes quite a lot to impress my dad, and he was exceptionally impressed! He says thank you very much for all the great customer service Winston & Sean! Keep up the outstanding customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Randy & Shelby

    One consistently observes, upon entering the store, a regrettable preponderance of staff (including supervisors and managers) engaged in protracted conversations amongst themselves. It is now a rarity for any employee to proactively inquire whether assistance is required. The selection of accessories appears markedly diminished compared to former years. The majority of the team exhibit an unfriendly demeanour that discourages engagement. With the pleasant exception of two commendable individuals, Mr. Tim, whose “get to know your Mac” session evoked the exemplary service of Apple staff from fifteen years past, and a very kind Asian lady displayed genuine eagerness to assist, a rarity today. Interactions with several others proved disappointing. Final Reflections: Having frequented this establishment since my initial visit a decade and a half ago, I find myself profoundly disappointed by the decline. One no longer derives pleasure from lingering there, though the aforementioned exceptions offer a poignant reminder of standards once upheld
