  Wish I could give negative stars....This place is a joke. I was there prior to christmas and explained I just purchased a new desk top computer and was looking for the attachment to connect to wifi. The store clerk had no idea what I was talking about and tried to sell me something different. I needed to go to their web site to show her what I needed. I needed to do her job for her. If she had any knowledge she would have known I did not need this attachment as all new desk tops are capable of connecting to wireless. I did not know this, I also dont work at Best Buy or with computers. I find out from my 16yr old son after Xmas this item is not necessary. I go to Best Buy to return it and they won't give me my money back as I no longer had the debit card I purchased it with. I had to replace said debit card as it no longer worked. They said for "security reasons" I could not get a refund only a gift card for Best Buy. I had the reciept with me and apparently that is not good enough...No where on their return information does it say a customer requires the exact card to return for a refund. Only states it will return to the same form of payment. What a disgusting way to get people to spend money at your store. I purchased an item I did not need after speaking to someone at Best Buy whom one would assume had some type of knowledge. Apparently no one has any knowledge other than to piss off customers. They do that very well. I do not need a gift card for this store, I needed my money back to purchase items at a store I want to shop at, not one I am forced to shop at. Best buy please do better in the future and if you need customers that badly maybe close a few stores rather than ripping off customers. Hire staff with some knowledge of electronics and customer service skills. Horrible store, horrible experience both times I've been to the Airdrie location. Will never buy anything of any value from this store again....what a joke of a store with staff with no knowledge or common sense. I am beyond angry and disgusted with this store.

  My husband and I recently bought iPhones from Amit at Best Buy, Airdrie location and the experience was truly wonderful. Amit was not only knowledgeable and patient, but he also made us feel completely supported while choosing the right devices. He even took the time to comfort our kids, making the whole visit warm and stress-free for our family. It’s rare to find someone so caring and attentive- highly recommend working with Amit! Thank you so much Amit 😊🙏🏻

  I visited the Best Buy Airdrie store on New Year’s Eve to purchase a Bose soundbar and a Sony OLED TV after seeing them listed as in stock online. I arrived just before closing, but despite the late hour, the experience was outstanding. Sales advisor Kapiljot was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and guiding me through my options. A special shout-out as well to the store leader Jasleen, who kindly extended the store hours just to make sure I could complete my purchase. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. I really appreciate their support and highly recommend this store for excellent customer service.

  It was an extremely busy Tuesday and Amit helped us get new phones and plans. We were there for a super long time. As he was helping not only other customers, but staff. He also offered chairs and waters to waiting patrons. He was super patient while multitasking, it was great to see true customer service alive in action. And not just amit but all the staff there, you guys are great. Keep up the good work.

  I had an incredible experience at Best Buy! Jasleen, Guru, and Kapil were incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I found exactly what I needed. They were thorough in explaining the features of the drone and juicer we purchased, which made the decision much easier. Their knowledge and customer service were truly outstanding!
