  Staff is very helpful. Harshdeep & Anmol help me with the purchase 🌟 However the laptop is yet to arrive. Store phone # is IVR. It does not connect to staff to speak with representative.

  Purchased a new upright freezer from this store. Delivered on November 27th was on the road for 4 days came home on December 22nd to a completely thawed out mess. Called customer service and was told food loss was 100 % covered, emailed Best Buy with pictures and recipes. Never got a response, finally went into the store and was given a refund and was told by salesman he would look after the food loss and be intouch Never heard from him. I also purchased new freezer but canceled it due to horrible customer service. I dropped the old freezer off behind their store on February 2nd and twice now I've received calls from these clowns telling me I still have the freezer. This store is a complete joke, not once when I was there have they opened on time, never will I purchase anything from WORST BUY AGAIN.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the different models, features, and sizing, and patiently walked me through which option best fit my needs. He answered all my questions clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude.   Purchased a complete home theatre system from here. Kapil was excellent to deal with . Highly knowledgeable and ended up saving me money by recommending a product I wasn’t originally considering . Not only did he save me money but the products recommended far succeeded my expectations . Jasleen on the front end was also wonderful to deal with as well .

  I bought TCL LED TV yesterday to replace an older set, and I am blown away. The 4K picture is incredibly sharp and the colors really pop, even in my bright living room. Setting it up was a breeze, and the built-in smart apps (Google TV/WebOS) are fast and responsive. For the price, the picture quality feels much higher-end than I expected. Amit gave us good deal as well he is very friendly. The environment at the store really good. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting an upgrade.
