  Guru is the best employee in Geek squad. Most important thing is knowledge. He is the best tech person I have ever meet. He guide me on each step and help me a lot. Jasleen is also good sales person she has knowledge about all products I bought iPad and laptop and she help me a lot

  I purchased all my new appliances from Best Buy during the Boxing Week sale for my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kapil played a huge role in that, his knowledge, patience, and genuine effort to find me the best deals made all the difference. He took the time to help me choose the right appliances without any pressure, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I just had my appliances delivered last week after completing my basement, and the delivery team was very professional. They handled everything with ease and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend working with Kapil, if you’re heading to Best Buy, be sure to ask for him. You won’t be disappointed

  Best Best Buy in the area. I visited multiple locations throughout Calgary in one day trying to get support with an issue with no luck. As soon as I walked in to this location not only were multiple members of the staff immediately helpful, but the store manager also stepped in to help out. Excellent service and helpful staff.

  Went in to grab a sale item that showed online was in stock. Couldn't find it out on a shelf anywhere so had to interrupt the girl greeting at the front door who was too consumed with texting to notice customers needing help. She went to the back to find it, came out speaking on her phone in a different language and asked if that was what I wanted then without another word walked away with the item and went back to the stock room. I left the store with nothing. Should have saved my time and gas and ordered for the same price on Amazon instead.
