  I can't even begin to understand how this company is still in business! Our house is being renovated and we ordered tile from Wayfair to be delivered to us in NE Iowa. The tile was supposed to be delivered over a month ago and we still haven't seen it. Nobody answers phone calls, nobody calls back, and nobody gives us any information whatsoever. Wayfair also can't do anything about it either, so here we are - thousands of dollars in tile is lost, our house can't get finished until it arrives, and we're basically not in a good spot now because of it. I would NOT recommend TopHat Logistics whatsoever. This company needs to be looked into, because I suspect there's a lot of fraud going on here. Unprofessional service is an understatement here.

  Ordered something from Wayfair. Set up the white glove delivery because it was free. they gave me a 1-5 window so i knew I needed to be home by 1. They call at 11:30 say they are there I tell them I'm not home because my delivery time is 1-5 and they just hang up. No one picks up the phone, wayfair cant help because the delivery is 3rd party. after hours of trying to contact someone I finally get ahold of someone and he tells me theres no way of knowing when they will deliver. Unfortunately thats what the delivery window is for. He was extraordinarily rude and I would love for the company to reach out as this was unacceptable. I ould never order from a site the goes through top hat ever again. Why give a time frame at all if it doesn't really matter. Makes no sense

  Because of this company i have had to reschedule my delivery 8 times over the past 3 months! They also never answer the phone i have attempted to call dozens of times, and their employees send rude and arguementative messages to me when notifying me they yet again arnt going to be able to deliver my furniture. I still do not have my order and likely never will.

  They initially came as planned with my new fridge and stove from Sears but advised me the fridge was damaged and that I should refuse it. My floor was scratched as they removed my old range first and when I brought it to their attention, one of the delivery people said he was doing me a favor by delivering it and his warehouse manager had told him not to? 🤷‍♀️ So two weeks later another fridge comes=no damage and the two different guys delivering said they could not install it but could drop it off so it's sat on my porch wrapped in tarps by me for a month till the 3rd duo of guys came and put it in my kitchen. Upon discussing the problems with the local warehouse manager Thomas, he agreed to compensate me $100 for my floor scratches and after l updated the incorrectly 2017 dated letter & signing/sending him back the claim form and also reminding him two times via text and email I've yet to receive my compensation for the scratched floor, and it's been months. (I guess talk is cheap & his promise means nothing) 😞 I wouldn't recommend them. 👎👎👎👎👎 1 Star is too high.
