- AFAndrew FeakesAug 29, 20251.0Ordered something from Wayfair. Set up the white glove delivery because it was free. they gave me a 1-5 window so i knew I needed to be home by 1. They call at 11:30 say they are there I tell them I'm not home because my delivery time is 1-5 and they just hang up. No one picks up the phone, wayfair cant help because the delivery is 3rd party. after hours of trying to contact someone I finally get ahold of someone and he tells me theres no way of knowing when they will deliver. Unfortunately thats what the delivery window is for. He was extraordinarily rude and I would love for the company to reach out as this was unacceptable. I ould never order from a site the goes through top hat ever again. Why give a time frame at all if it doesn't really matter. Makes no sense
- MSMargaret SchmidtJan 12, 20211.0The worst. Appliances were delivered over a month after they arrived at the warehouse in Eagan, MN. Washer was scratched and dented. Delivery instructions were to be delivered to the basement, set up and packaging removed. Agency sent only a driver, who brought appliances to the garage and refused to take them into the basement. Would not uncrate them or remove packing materials. I had to rent a dolly, enlist my daughter's co-workers to help me get appliances in place. Extremely poor customer service. Do not deliver as requested.

It was delivered within a couple of day of the purchase, however, while they were bringing the fridge in, they hit my hall table and a vase fell off. It has been 30 days since the delivery and now they are refusing to pay for the vase. Before you buy anything that has to be delivered, ask up front who the delivery company is. If they use TopHAT, go somewhere else.
