    I have had a few moves in the past few years and Ace Worldwide has been by far the best. They were responsive and accommodating from the moment I reached out to them. Customer service was friendly and communicative. The movers were punctual, careful, respectful, and efficient. We had a few stops to make and they really shined when we unexpectedly at some boxes that were not packed well. They secured everything and stayed within the projected estimate. I will definitely be using Ace Worldwide for all my moving needs.

    Wonderful experience! Movers and management provided timely updates leading up to the move. Movers were professional and took great care of our belongings. They had one mishap with a dresser (a little scratch) and they told us immediately. Our next move will definitely be with ACE!

    This Company was a total disaster, I had 4 men working from 8:30 in the morning until 8:30 pm. I am missing a whole set of Pampered Chef pots and pans that were brand new in the box. I had to leave a cabinet at the old house because they couldn't get it out of the bedroom and I let them take a couch that was suppose to go in the basement with the chairs that match but they couldn't get t in the house to take it down the basement. The truck was to small for the job we had to make 20 trips back to the old house to get all the stuff here . They are not doing anything about the pots and pans in fact there are not even returning my call. I labeled all my totes and boxes so they would put the items where they belong and that was a waste of time for me at least half the totes weren't put where they should of been.
