Beware many companies will show you a lower rate then Lowe bowl will upfront, but other brokers will bait and switch to make most money in end/delay closing. even if you pay $100 more with this company then your only paying for piece of mind. You don't have to worry about people not staying in touch or not keeping you in the loop and at end of day DO NOT BE CHEAP TO YOURSELF!! Thanks again Kris, and dispatch team!
