  Last month we completed an interstate move from WA to CA with Allied/Western and could not be happier with the experience. George P. who completed the remote estimate was on target with his numbers and offered many options regarding move costs. Alondra A. organized all communication and was available for all questions/concerns. Alondra was in contact with us from the initial move date to follow up after we received our shipment. The star player was Luther H. (driver) who arrived on our doorstep in WA days prior to our move date to assess, organize and ensure our move would be flawless. He could not have been more kind and thoughtful, providing tips on organizing our household goods and making the move as seamless as possible. Luther has an awesome rapport with his WA and CA team of movers. This was a key component to ensuring an efficient move. To complete our move, Mira H. reached out to answer any and provided a claim for lost/damaged goods if needed. Do not hesitate in reaching out to Allied/Western for a move quote! We had an excellent experience working with George, Alondra, Luther and Mira. We highly recommend Allied/Western Moving Company.

  Took the other reviews into consideration before posting this... perhaps the international element to our move added a complication to their operation they couldn't compensate for. To be clear, there were positive elements to our experience, but the low points overshadowed. Arrived on time, and unloaded with a fervor. We opted out of the unpacking option with the exception of the major pieces that needed assembly. The issues: 1) Tools for the job (minor) - using slip-joint pliers to re-assemble a bespoke dining table isn't the best option, just bring the proper tools for the job and someone able to make the call 2) Water damage (MAJOR) - despite witnessing one of our boxes suffering water damage, they did not correlate the item to our international shipment manifest. Item was unboxed and placed without our review. Follow-up attempts for details via phone call and email were unresponsive. Multi-functional printer ruined...

  After all the stress that goes along with a move, the ACTUAL move was relatively stress free thanks to the amazing Western crew that showed up to help us. Dyllon, Francisco, Quan, and Dana were efficient, fast, careful, and friendly. Our move from one state to another was as smooth as one could hope. Along with the support of Alondra and George, we felt confident and reassured that everything was safe in their hands. Highly recommend the company, and even more so the crew.

  Outstanding Moving Experience with Western Van & Storage! Western Van & Storage provided exceptional service from beginning to end. Thalia coordinated everything perfectly, keeping the entire process smooth and stress-free. Matt was incredibly helpful as well—he dropped off all the packing supplies I needed, right on time and fully prepared. On moving day, my crew—Jim, Adam, and Derrick—were absolutely fantastic. They handled my belongings with care, stored everything safely for 9 days, and took extra steps to protect my floors and furniture during the move. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Western Van & Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful, and well-organized moving company.
