  Bob and Bobby absolutely EXCEEDED expectations and I truly cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have met these wonderful men today. Military moves are never easy but these two veterans were the exact people we needed to lift our spirits. They were so respectful of not only our household goods, but to us as a family with two young children and two senior dogs. Bob had my three year old son glued to his hip and didn't mind at all! In fact, he was counting numbers with him while he worked. And Bobby was such a breath of fresh air for me to talk to while I handled our 8 month old and dogs. These two gentlemen were such family oriented people that they did not mind the children and dogs at their feet while they worked, and truthfully, that is something we, as a military family, appreciate the most because in the chaos, they treated all of us as if we were their family and these were their things being packed up. The packing process was seriously top notch as well. They arrived on time at 0800 and had our 2000sqft house packed by 1600. We originally thought it would take roughly two days with all the items we had but around 1100, Bobby said, I think we should be able to get this done today, which was bitter sweet news because I wish I would have had another day to work with them! Throughout the process, they would inform us of everything. For instance, I had an old cracked baking dish in the clear back of a cabinet.. something I knew wasnt going to survive much longer back in 2022. Bobby found it and informed me right away. In our experience, all other packers would have shipped that across country with us. Bob also stopped everything he was doing to ask me if I needed a purse he found hanging out in our master closet and to see if we needed anything left in our son's crib. And I am SO INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL that these men did not pack any trash found throughout our home. You know, that random q-tip left in a bathroom drawer, an empty fruit snack wrapper your toddler hid in a kitchen cabinet, etc. Those small acts of kindness truly do make a world of difference during the stressful unpacking process at your next location. At the end of the packing process, both men took the time to move all boxes into neatly stacked piles so we can actually function in our home until the official moving truck arrives. They left us two boxes with tape for all our last minute items, picked up all their trash, and left saying thank you to us, as if we did anything. I can honestly say, this was our first ever "pack out" experience where I hugged both our packers goodbye, simply because they understood exactly what we were going through and they do everything in their power to ensure things are done properly and we were taken care of. Long story short, I HIGHLY recommend Bob and Bobby if you are in the military. & United Moving Co., these gentlemen deserve a raise!

  Bobby and Bob did an outstanding job with our pack out. They were efficient and very patient with the toddler, baby and even dogs being there. I appreciate everything they did!

  Packers: John Parker, Bobby, Eric, Aaron, Jason Movers: Will, Ben, Cory, Chad I had such a great experience with these guys for our PCS pack out! I was worried since it was a disaster getting from Virginia to Washington, but everything here went so smoothly! John did a fantastic job! He even accidentally packed some things that shouldn’t have been packed (100% my fault for not moving them), and he was so calm and understanding and helped me find them in the boxes. That happened 3 times too!! He easily could have gotten frustrated with me, but didn’t. Or at least didn’t show it ha ha The moving crew was so careful with our things. We have a lot of heavy items (washer/dryer upstairs, 600+ pound safe in the garage, wood working machinery, 100 gallon fish tank…) and they did a great job with it all. Cory was on the truck the whole time and his ability to use every inch of that truck was amazing, a true Tetris master. It was pouring rain and super windy. I was really expecting them to cancel, but they showed up at 8:30 and left at 5:00. Will will be driving our things from Washington to San Diego. I really wish he would be staying down there to unload our stuff as well. All of the guys did a fantastic job. They worked hard. They interacted with my toddlers (a 3 year old and an almost 2 year old) on the days they were home with me (one pack day and the load day). They were polite. They were careful. If people are able to request workers, you definitely want John to lead your pack out and Will to lead your load out.

  Sarah from United was great. She took good care of us and helped us do an accurate estimate. We moved and used temporary storage, and all items were accounted for and no items were broken. They were even able to deliver earlier than planned
