  Driver was very rude showed up late and was rushing wanting me to make up for his lost time saying company doesn’t pay over time and wanted to rush me because he wasn’t being paid over time not my fault he was late and wasn’t getting paid over time He was VERY VERY RUDE I MEAN NO UNDERSTANDING STANDING, I will never ever use United Movers again .

  Best packers we have had! Being military we move every few years, so we can tell if people care about their work. Bobby, Robert, and John were kind and professional. They took care of our things and packed a large house (6 people) in 2 days! Top notch and efficient.

  Could not have asked for a better experience. We are a military family and were given two weeks notice to PCS to our next duty station. Through an already stressful time for our family United Move relieved an immense amount of that stress. They were kind, timely, and communicative throughout the entire process! I would recommend them and then again a million times over.

  Sarah and her team really came through for one of our tenants. We had a customer going through a difficult time with her mom passing and needed to move her things out of storage to her home out of state. I had her call Sarah to help with the process and she took care of everything. The tenant was so overwhelmed and Sarah made the process smooth and less stressful for her. We appreciate the team at United Moving and will keep referring customers to them for their out of state moving needs. Thanks again Sarah and the team.

  Nothing but great things to say about United Moving & Storage. First class communication and our packing crew (Robert and Shem, led by Bobby) were outstanding. Super efficient and thoughtful, they kept us in the loop throughout the day and handled our home with care. Robert was amazing in the kitchen, finding things we had long forgotten about and setting aside the instruction manuals for appliances that we would have regretted moving. Bobby kept all our paperwork in order, ensuring I properly documented our high-value items and my pro gear. This is my 11th PCS in ~25 years, and the United crew is the smoothest packers to date.
