- LALynne againJul 28, 20245.0Professional, nice guys... nothing damaged... none of the stuff they moved was damaged nor either of the homes floors, walls, etc. The owner is very responsive to any concerns. Just reach out early, and be kind, if you feel like the pace is going to go too far over the estimate. I've read many reviews for other movers in the area, and it seems to be common that the final price exceeds the estimate. Klm stayed within the estimate range.

Unfortunately, they were all talk because once the actual moving started they couldn't do anything right. One of the guys went to work disassembling larger furniture but didn't think to ask for help so he broke the legs on my couch. This was a common theme throughout the move as they continued to break and damage my belongings. They even managed to damage my walls and floor. Moving is already stressful enough without having to deal with the such carelessness from people who I hired to make the move easier.
