Company miss routed shipments to wrong addresses and tried billing storage fees for products we did not know he was holding. When questioned, the owner became frustrated and agitated threatening he would hold our goods unless we paid him by Paypal ? Owner seems cranky and has a short fuse. Did not attempt to have a cordial conversation with us.
