Even something as inexpensive as our $50 IKEA coffee table was wrapped and protected as if it were a high-end designer piece worth thousands. The kid in the warehouse had no clue what he was doing he kept leaving making it impossible to check numbers properly. The office lady was very rude. Being we are affiliated they wouldn't do anything to help accommodate me to service our customer, the same customer I dropped in there storage. I would prefer to drop at the Allied down the road where I got my weight they were very friendly and helpful although we are so called competition. It's sad when an atlas agent treats another atlas agent that way.
