He was transparent, kind, professional, organized, helpful and responsive throughout. The men who unloaded our belongings were extremely careless in moving boxes into our new home, which resulted in a lot of damage, including boxes of broken dishes, everyday and heirlooms, gouges on furniture and lost items. When we submitted a claim, very few things were reimbursed. None of the dishes were reimbursed because we packed them. However the movers tossed the boxes in the air, even though they were marked fragile, causing a huge amount of breakage. Our dining room table was damaged in Ace's storage facility and they wouldn't pay for repairs. I would never use this moving company again.
