He was super friendly and even help load and unload a scooter for one of our passengers. The bus arrived clean and on time. Ivan seems to know the Richmond city very well and had us navigated to the event and parked quite quickly. After a long cold day, it was a pleasure to come back to his smiling face and a warm bus. After helping load up again, we were out of the city in no time. Mark was extremely helpful in booking the trip, making sure our special needs were taken care of in all aspects. I would highly recommend using Winn Transportation for your next event as I am sure to do.
