  Winn transportation was amazing! Took 2 buses that were on time, very accommodating, and made our whole night seamless. Bus drivers were very friendly and safe. Would highly recommend!

  Tina at WINN Transportation was courteous and prompt in her email communication to plan transportation for our guests to and from our wedding venue! She helped us book the right size bus for our party and made sure to confirm all the details in the days leading up to the wedding. The driver was prompt, prompt, and professional.   Awesome experience all the way around! Our bus driver Ivan was an absolute delight. He was super friendly and even help load and unload a scooter for one of our passengers. The bus arrived clean and on time. Ivan seems to know the Richmond city very well and had us navigated to the event and parked quite quickly. After a long cold day, it was a pleasure to come back to his smiling face and a warm bus. After helping load up again, we were out of the city in no time. Mark was extremely helpful in booking the trip, making sure our special needs were taken care of in all aspects. I would highly recommend using Winn Transportation for your next event as I am sure to do.

  Mark and his team have been nothing short of amazing! Within the past few months of planning transportation for our wedding guests I have changed many details and they have been more than flexible with me. At each step they have not only assisted in the booking process, but answered the hundreds of questions I had for them with such kindness and genuine love for their business. Weddings are stressful enough, but they have truly made our concern of how guests will actually arrive to our wedding the most simplest process from beginning to end. It is such a relief to know that this is not just a 9-5 for them but they genuinely enjoy what they do. Its because of this that I trust them to have all of our friends and family at our wedding with no concerns...and that is such a blessing! Thank you!
