Being bound to a wheelchair for the first time in your life can be very scary especially for someone incredibly independent. I am so thankful that we used icon transit, it was like our family was giving us a ride. They were kind, gentle, compassionate, and went out of their way to communicate clearly every step along the way. They’re the only company we will use moving forward.
