  I contracted with this company in April to pack and store my house until I was ready for the items to ship to my new home out of state. I called and gave 2 months notice of the date I'd be able to accept my household furniture and belongings and was told they would ship all on the agreed date. First sign of trouble came when the movers called several days before the date I expected them to deliver letting me know they'd be arriving early. Since it was the weekend it worked out, but then they dropped the bomb that only half my items had made the truck. They told me another person had taken up half my space with unanticipated items. I had to call Gordon and Bill to find out when I'd receive the rest of my items, and was told they'd get working on it right away. However it has now been nearly three weeks with no sign of my belongings. No one calls to give me updates, and when I call I am now unable to get beyond the receptionist who always claims Bill and Gordon are out of the office. When I do get to speak to them they promise they are working on it and will call me back later in the day, those calls never come. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Highly do not recommend due to the lack of customer service and lack of follow through on the contract.

  Very impressed by professional Manager, Zack, who met us at our Storage Unit to discuss moving our home goods to our new home! Professional & experienced 3 Burke Moving employees moved our home goods from Storage Unit to our new home in Cheyenne. We were impressed by their care to protect our new doors, flooring, & walls. They also showed us damaged goods by another company from our move from Arkansas home to Cheyenne home. Highly recommend using Burke Moving Company!!!

  Very professional, zack kept me informed on the price for the move and when they would be here they were courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend Burke for any move
