Staff was extremely professional on both the pack side and unload side since we moved quite a distance. The $ quote by Paul was spot on and he gave great expert advice on how to prepare. We can’t say enough about how easy and pleasant they made a stressful time such as a big move.

Rude, unprofessional, in your face disagreements, and arguments between each other with multiple use of offensive language. Several pieces of major furniture were damaged beyond repair and required replacement. Resolution was offered but not even worth a pillow on the sofa. Truly a slap in the face.

The follow up to our complaint was not addressed in a timely manner. The resolution given on the phone was not upheld. The labor staff was late, vulgar, unprofessional and abusive! It has been nothing but lies and empty promises!

I will NOT remove this as I stated my FAMILY hired your company. I've seen the damage to their furniture and they shared their experience & how they were treated.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They definitely know what they are doing & it was a totally professional job done. I highly recommend them, and when our new place is ready they will move us in. The beauty is they have warehousing to store all of our furniture and that is peace of mind. They run a well oiled machine and the proof is another extremely satisfied customer. Look no further, it is worth it in spades. Scott M. Stariha
