  Love it saves me so much driving time. I do roof inspections in Milwaukee, and then I always cross over into Michigan. For another inspection, it saves me 5 hours of driving through the Chicago traffic, and I can sit on a recliner. Relax and have Wi-Fi. Drink coffee. It's awesome and they are very helpful.

  Our experience sailing with the Lake Express ferry was very user friendly to reserve our tickets. We took our car & it too was a smooth entering & existing the ferry. The food & drinks were good & priced right, just wished they would add hot dogs to their menu. The only issue we had was that it was very cold inside the cabin. So we sat outside & enjoyed the views & warmth. Will take them again without a doubt.

  The entire experience is delightful and every single person we dealt with was as nice and helpful as possible. The passenger cabin is kept pretty cold so bring a sweater or jacket. The menu is very limited and then they were out of several things, but you can bring your own food. Easy way to avoid driving around the south end of Lake Michigan. We did the round trip. It was deffinitely pricey, but for us it's worth it.

  First trip across lake Michigan and the elevator when we reached Muskegon broke down, otherwise the staff was friendly and the ride was smooth we were all pleased with the experience. Second trip back to Milwaukee was good experience too and elevator worked this time, but cars were packed in such a way that I had too wait on car deck with autos running for a while before I could climb into my ride.

  The boat is incredibly clean, The workers are super friendly and seem to be enjoying their jobs even though their day starts so early for the 6 AM ferry I couldn’t believe how clean the bathrooms were and the seats and the floor and the tables even the stairwells. Obviously run by a family that knows how to do business. We were on time and it exceeded our expectations if you’re ever looking for a fun family adventure to go across the lake I strongly recommend. My only recommendation is that they charge every passenger slightly more and include Free Wifi. Just like the Airlines I’m sure that will change in the future. Remember to bring a jacket because the air is cold over the waters of Lake Michigan.
