What a joke of a company in Alabama. They can’t communicate or answer their phone. 3 attempts for a delivery and on attempt 3 they finally showed up but without our order. Nobody calls or knocked on the door and instead we had to call to find out we scheduled it but didn’t load it. The same guy lied and said on the 2nd attempt it would be here first thing and then said maybe just get a refund because we can’t manage to load a truck and make a delivery. A delivery company that can’t make a delivery. What a business model!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We ordered a massage chair from Wayfair. It arrived to their location 6/25/26. Our delivery date was scheduled for 7/1. We were told the scheduled driver was off for the holiday. Doesn't seem like a "me" problem. Dispatch it with another driver. Long story short they still havey chair and refuse to make any attempt at contacting us.

Queshaun, Tom and Malik were my crew in Eastern Iowa. They did a great job on the final delivery and assembled my kitchen island from Wayfair. I think they would benefit from a realistic time allotment on their job assignments and support in customer communications.

I purchased a mattress from mattress firm which went very well. The delivery company which is top hat accidentally ran over my mailbox, it wasn’t that big of a deal I understand accidents. The problem was they sent a contract manager out on a Sunday to fix the mailbox and he didn’t bring a single tool with him not even a mailbox or post. Then he was supposed to bring a gift card to pay for everything and was just a complete hassle, not to mention that he tried arguing with my wife. I hope everyone reads this I am going further with it.
