- AAAntoinetteJun 25, 20265.0Thank you so much to Mitchell Moving and Storage. Moving is always a stressful process for me and Mitchell Moving and Storage were amazing. From the prompt time and handling everything and really taking their time to professional pack everything. The first call in the morning was so friendly, I just knew I was in good hands. Both men came in with a smile and got straight to work. I had a unique situation of an apartment in the middle of downtown which they managed so gracefully, finding parking and getting to action to an additional storage unit that is also right on the water front (downtown Seattle). Even when I was stressed (my app stopped working to access the storage unit, they found a solution), they found a way and got it done. Anyways, the move was done right and I'm super grateful. Thank you again.

The manager was unnecessarily aggressive, spoke disrespectfully, and created a hostile environment from the moment I arrived. There was absolutely no reason for that attitude. Professionalism and respect seem to be seriously lacking here. His name Darrell (if I have the name correct)
