  Carrie was great to work with. She helped us through all of the initial intake and the signing of our binding estimate, and then handed off to Yana Skeete who worked directly with us and coordinated all resources for the remainder of our move. Fantastic handling of our entire move from end-to-end including: Intake, and answering our questions effectively during intake Being readily available and easy to contact to answer our follow-up questions Their effective use of technology to assist with property inventory and the move itself Their engagement of associated work crews to provide packing, unpacking, complex piece disassembly and reassembly, and auto transport services The friendliness, professionalism, and quality of the crews and truck drivers. We'd strongly recommend Suddath for "turnkey" relocation services where you expect to hire the company, write the check, get out of the way, and unpack on the other end ... *without* having to worry at all about handling all the resource scheduling and coordination on your own.

  Suddath is great move company. They set the standard for offices moves on our account. Huge props to Nick, Kosta, Christian & all their move leads that service CBRE/Microsoft.

  Military moving company contract. Suddath Relocation Systems failed to deliver my house hold goods and continued to tell me that it would be "tomorrow" between "8pm-5pm" after requesting to talk to a manager, I was hung up on, insulted, and then told that she was not authorized to give me any contact information I all request would need to be ran through her. (Her is Brandy Terrell) I am still amazed that this company has a military contract, and further amazed that Brandy has not lost her job! A complaint has also been filed with the BBB and I can only hope that they lose this military contract.
