  Great experience. Very good communication throughout the process. No issues with the actual moving of our material and the delivery driver was awesome. Would definitely use them again.

  We used Spaeth Transfer as the local agent for our interstate move from Chicago to Florida, and the experience was extremely disappointing for a $9k move. During transit, our $700 television was completely damaged. When we removed it from the box at delivery, the screen was already not functioning properly. We mounted it only to confirm whether it would power on, and it was clearly broken. The screen showed severe internal panel damage. We filed a claim, and it was denied on the basis that the TV was “handled again” after delivery because we mounted it to test it? Testing whether an item works does not cause vertical screen failure or internal panel fractures. The television was in the carrier’s custody for packing, transportation, and delivery. The storage portion was also frustrating. There was very little clarity about ongoing storage charges, and we were not clearly informed about how those fees would be collected. We only became aware of certain charges later, which created unnecessary confusion. An interstate move is expensive and stressful. When you hire a professional moving company, you expect accountability if something is damaged. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Proceed carefully.

  Cameron and his crew. These guys rock! They were here on time and got right to it. Did a great job and all three (3 )were polite and respectful of the neighbors. I hope this is the same crew that handles the delivery!

  I had miss read the address due to my dislexia, and the lady at the front desk of the Bremerton location was extremely rude. She leaned so far forward over the counter I thought she was going to jump over and ring my neck for getting a couple numbers wrong. I was nothing but respectful and confused. She turned very aggressive for a situation where she wasn't even provoked. The company probably isn't bad. But she needs to learn some manners. I hope she never gets the same disrespect I did for getting the wrong address. And hopefully no one else that goes in there in the future. Intentionally or accidentally.
