  Do not trust this company! They stole my Playstation 5 and Nintendo switch before they put the metal bands on my crates at their warehouse. They opened a crate a box with my items inside then retaped it up.If you are Military, do not allow them to pack your stuff. They smoke on property and then steal your stuff. Then deny your claims in DPS because the box is delivered with other high value items in it. But because I didnt open the box right then and there with another 200 boxes being shuffled around my new apartment, it's my fault?

  Moved from VA to Germany with the military. Just got my stuff today and already half my furniture is completely broken. Like not just scratched or something but completely broken. They put my dresser in upside down and then put all the boxes on top of it which over the 3 months they were in transit fell through the bottom side of all the drawers. During the move, the packing went really quickly and throughly but when it came to getting it in the truck, half my boxes were dropped down the stairs. One mover tried to move my couch by himself even though it was way too big for own person and dropped it down the stairs and broke one of the lights in the hallway of my apartment building. I am honestly terrified to open the boxes and see whats broken. Super unsat.

  The team I had did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were nice, polite, and professional.

  Without a doubt the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my many military moves. I honestly do not know how they have the military contract. Many items were broken, stollen or just left behind. The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. RUN - don't walk - away
