  I had a great experience with Big Ben's Moving and Storage! The team was professional, friendly and they made the entire process very easy. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access and the customer service was excellent. If you're looking for storage or moving services, I highly recommend Big Ben's!

  I hired Big Ben's to unload a 20' trailer half full of furniture. The two young guys who unloaded were great, but I was surprised when it came time to pay the bill. When I booked the day and time with the office they told me I needed to pay 125.00 to secure my date. They did not explain that the $125.00 was a booking fee on top of the 180.00 per hour fee. They worked a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes, they added 30 minutes travel time, which was fine. I paid a total of $440.00 for this service, but just a few days before I hired College Hunks in Provo to load the same furniture in Spanish Fork and paid a total of 196.00 for 1 hour 15 minutes work and 30 minutes travel time. Big Ben's charged more than double!
