  My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. On April 9, before my April 25 wedding, they emailed saying their "quote is off” and attempted to increase the price from our signed $1,540 contract to $2,213.75. The company later admitted the change was due to increased insurance and fuel costs, and I offered a $100 good‑faith increase to avoid disruption. After the wedding, they tried to bill me a $200 overtime fee, even though my wedding planner confirmed in writing that the bus departed on time. Brides deserve reliability and honesty, and unfortunately that was not my experience.

  My charter bus reservation for my Sales Meeting went so smoothly. Bryan was on time, even early. He drove safely and was extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely use him again.
