  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I scheduled a move for June 29 with a pickup window between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. By about 7:30 PM, no movers had arrived, and I had received no communication explaining the delay or whether my move had been canceled. Around 4:00 PM, I spoke with an operations representative who assured me the movers would arrive within an hour and a half, but they never showed up. After that, I made multiple attempts to contact the office by phone, but no one answered or returned my calls. This experience was completely unacceptable. I arranged my entire day around this move and trusted the company to honor its commitment, only to be left waiting for hours with no updates, no accountability, and no regard for my time. The lack of communication was especially disappointing and reflects a serious failure in customer service. I had hoped for a much better experience, but the complete lack of professionalism and communication made that impossible. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable moving services.
