  Huge shoutout to Pink Zebra Moving for making moving day SO much less stressful. We’ve honestly never had the luxury of hiring movers before, and I was expecting it to feel out of reach financially… but they were surprisingly affordable, incredibly down to earth, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. They worked hard, handled everything with care, and made what is usually a chaotic, exhausting day feel smooth and manageable. No awkwardness, no upselling, no “too good for you” energy. Just good people doing great work. If you’re on the fence about hiring movers because you think it’s a “fancy people only” thing… same 😂 But after today, I totally get it. Worth. Every. Penny. Highly recommend these guys if you want a team that’s professional, personable, and actually makes moving suck a little less.

  Choosing Pink Zebra Moving of Round Rock was the BEST decision I could’ve made for my move. Professional, friendly, and responsive from the start. My initial call with Van was great. I’d never used a moving company before and he listened and answered all the questions I had, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. In fact, he gave me a money saving tip. He sent over the quote right away and it was very reasonable. The day before my move, Lauren (I think) called to go over all the details, see if there was anything additional I needed to add, etc. and she was also friendly. The day of my move Elijah, Kevin, and Richard were fantastic. Super friendly and ready to get to work from the start. Elijah called with the ETA about 30 minutes out then called again when they were 5 minutes away. They came in, took a look at everything, and went to work. They disassembled, packed and handled all my belongs so carefully protecting not only my furniture, but the doors and walls as well. I was able to confidently let them do their thing while I got a head start on cleaning. At my new place they reassembled my big furniture, wrapped up some items I want to store away, and took all their trash with them. I moved about 20 minutes away from a ground floor apartment to a fourth floor unit. Elijah, Kevin, and Richard worked quickly and efficiently. Total time for my move: 3.5 hours all while listening to my chosen tunes to keep vibes high. Nobody loves to move, but Pink Zebra in Round Rock truly made the experience stress free and a lot better. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism, friendliness, and great vibes from the initial call through saying goodbye to that fun pink zebra truck. They were personally recommended to me so here’s my recommendation to pass on: go with Pink Zebra Moving of Round Rock for your next move. You won’t regret it.

  I saw the ad on Instagram and wondered if their service could actually be that good? Well, it’s better!! 🩷🦓 Van and Kevin came to my house to look at my things, in person, love that level of customer service and attention to detail. Everyone else volunteered to ‘FaceTime’ with me 🙃 no one else would come in person. Then on moving day, Elijah, Justin and Richard showed up with pink moving blankets, loads of plastic wrap and fun music. Everything I owned was meticulously wrapped, labeled if glass, and noted which room to take it to in my new home. You would have thought we were headed cross country. Nothing was damaged or broken - my move was a complete success. I still can’t believe how seamlessly it all went - truly stress free. Thank you Van & Team. 🩷🦓

  I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience. While the service provided by Kevin and Justin was very cheerful and pleasant, I have serious concerns regarding the handling of my furniture. ​I strongly suggest that moving heavy furniture, such as the TV stand and the dresser, must always be a two-person job. Both the TV stand and the dresser were moved by only one person, which resulted in damage to both items. Although the team attempted to fix the TV stand to make the damage less noticeable, I have now discovered that my dresser was damaged as well. It is essential for the team to assist each other with heavy items to ensure everything is handled with proper care. ​I hope this constructive feedback helps improve the service for future customers.
