Had a great experience with our move from Pflugerville to Southwest Austin with Pink Zebra! Van and his team were careful in packaging our items, on time and highly responsive to questions and concerns. With their help we were about to move 2000 sq ft worth of stuff all in one day, and there were no hidden charges! What we were quoted is what we were charged. If you want a chill moving experience, with a fun playlist and a team that cares, you can't go wrong with Pink Zebra

I almost don’t know what I can add that the other 343 five-star reviews haven’t already said. Seriously — 343 five-star reviews and nothing else? Come on. That tells you pretty much everything you need to know about Pink Zebra Moving. But after my experience with Vann, KG, Richard, and the rest of the crew, I completely understand how they earned every single one of them. I called Friday evening with a move that absolutely had to happen that weekend. Not next week. Not whenever they could fit me in. I needed help immediately. Less than 24 hours later, they were at my house at 1:00 PM on Saturday ready to go. And from that point forward, I was blown away. These guys didn’t just show up and move furniture. They treated everything like it was their own. Furniture was carefully wrapped in their signature pink moving blankets, then secured and wrapped in plastic. Everything was protected. Everything was handled carefully. They were organized, efficient, professional, friendly, and somehow managed to move quickly without ever making the job feel rushed. Watching them work was honestly impressive. I have dealt with movers before, and there is a HUGE difference between a crew that is simply there to move your stuff and a crew that genuinely takes pride in doing the job right. Vann, KG, and Richard absolutely take pride in what they do. The level of care, attention to detail, communication, and professionalism was simply unbelievable. Pink Zebra completely bailed me out on incredibly short notice and then delivered a moving experience that exceeded every expectation I had. So now they can make it 344 five-star reviews. If you are considering Pink Zebra Moving, stop looking and call them. I would use these guys again without hesitation and recommend them to absolutely anyone. Vann, KG, Richard — thank you. You guys were phenomenal.

Pink Zebra Moving did an outstanding job moving our church offices from one building to another. From beginning to end, their team was friendly, hardworking, careful, and incredibly efficient. What impressed us most was the integrity and alacrity with which they worked. They moved with purpose, took great care of our furniture and equipment, and maintained such positive attitudes throughout the entire process. Moving an office is never an easy undertaking, but they made the experience so much smoother for us. We were truly grateful for their professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to do whatever was needed to get the job done well. We would absolutely recommend Pink Zebra Moving!

If you’re in the Austin area and moving, I highly recommend Pink Zebra Moving! While our mortgage company unfortunately couldn’t get their stuff together, Van and his team went above and beyond. They patiently accommodated our constantly changing moving schedule, communicated clearly and consistently throughout the process, and handled our belongings with the care and attention you hope for during an already stressful time. Their professionalism, flexibility, and thoughtfulness made a difficult situation so much easier, all for an extremely reasonable price. Thank you, Van and the entire Pink Zebra team, for taking such great care of us! ❤️

It all started with a cookie. Seriously. OK, let me explain. One morning we opened our front door and saw a pink gift bag on the porch. Inside was a roll of tape, a magic eraser, some moving box labels, a Sharpie, and a cookie. The note contained within said it was from a moving company - Pink Zebra moving company. I had never heard of them, but the bag left on the porch was a nice touch. So I looked them up, and sure enough they got nearly all 5 star reviews. The oh-so-amazing chocolate chip cookie was from "M&R Dough Co.", which I immediately had to google to find out how I can buy more of these amazing cookies from. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything about them, so dang, out of luck. Ironically, "M&R" is actually my wife and my initials, so we took it as a sign that we should contact them for our imminent move. After contacting them, they set up an in-person meeting at our house to do a walk-through so they could give me an accurate estimate for the move. The company owner, Van, showed up at our scheduled time, and he was so polite and kind. He took nearly an hour going through every room and taking notes of what all needed to be moved. Just a bit later I got an email with a detailed estimate, which was surprisingly fair compared to others we had gotten from competing companies. Based on the quality of service, kindness, and price (and yes, the cookie!), we decided to hire them for the job. Van even said he would throw in a couple more cookies for us since we kept going on and on about how good they are! (Come to find out his wife actually makes them!) I got a call the evening before the move from Lauren (Van's wife), confirming everything, which was appreciated. She asked me what kind of music I liked - and explained that the moving guys liked to listen to music while they work, and they would play whatever I liked to listen to! (Good luck finding any other moving company that would do THAT!) Fast forward to moving day. Our quoted estimate was for 4 guys and 1 truck. They show up with 4 guys and 2 trucks, just to make things go quicker and packing easier! No extra charge. The 4 guys - Justin, Keyvan, Leo and Tyler, were the nicest guys you could ever meet! It was 100 degrees that day, but they got right to work wrapping everything very carefully so nothing was damaged, and even put down runners on the wood floors, and taped cardboard and blankets to the walls and doors for protection. Even though we were only moving a few blocks away, they still took the best care of our stuff, ensuring nothing got broken. As if that wasn't enough, a few hours in both Van AND Lauren stopped by to check on things and say hi. Lauren brought us a box of cookies, and it even had a cute little hand towel as well! Not only that, Lauren stayed to help with moving for an hour or two! She didn't have to do that, but she did! Absolutely amazing. The heat that day was unbearable, but the 4 Energizer Bunnies dudes kept going and going, hardly ever even taking breaks for water! I had to remind them to drink water and hydrate because I was afraid they were going to have heat stroke and I was going to have to call 911! They were like "nah, we're fine" and kept on going. No ambulance needed, fortunately. Overall it was a GREAT experience and we would use them again in a heartbeat. The circumstances of our move were incredibly difficult and unexpected, so Pink Zebra was definitely a bright spot during a very stressful couple of months. I whole-heartedly recommend Pink Zebra - you won't be disappointed! Van and company will take GREAT care of you (and your stuff!) Is it weird that I kinda look forward to our next move so we can use them again?? And Lauren, if you ever decide to sell your cookies, hit me up!
