  We had an excellent experience with NorthStar Moving in Round Rock. David was very helpful in initiating and coordinating the move, while Alejandra and the logistics team kept everything organized and communicated clearly throughout the process. The packing and moving team also did an awesome job handling our belongings carefully and professionally. Everyone worked efficiently and made our move much easier. We truly appreciate the entire team and highly recommend NorthStar Moving!

  Wouldn’t recommend. Came out to take inventory of the house, then couldn’t follow through on a quote. Finally gave me one, asked to move the date and they said they’ll give me a new quote within a week after getting updated prices. Never heard from them again. Complete waste of a customer’s time. If you can’t follow through during quote/booking process, what would an actual move or resolving any issues look like? No thanks. Mind you, this was not a small job that wasn’t worth dealing with - this was a $30k+ cross country move. I guess they don’t like making money. We ended up going with a competitor who worked with us quickly to get everything finalized and booked.

  Rob and his team were amazing. Friendly, courteous and kept us informed the whole way. Oh, and insanely hard working. I can’t recommend Northstar enough and will be recommending them to anyone that asks about moving needs. I’ve let our realtor know they are a top notch and affordable company to send any of his future clients in the area to.
