  Our Ransom Canyon driveway was too steep for their vehicle, so they had to use dollies to cart everything to the truck. It took 2 loads and 14 hours to complete the move to Lubbock, and I've never seen any four men work any harder, stopping only 30 minutes for lunch and eating supper standing up. Even when they were dog-tired and a pouring rain caught them at the day's end, Reyes, Paul, Nick, and Jeremiah remained upbeat, professional, and mannerly. I can't say enough about them. Highly recommended.

  Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith recommend using Hart Moving. We hired them to pack and move our home. They lacked a professional process and we had many things recklessly packed and damaged. Let me outline the main reasons why we would never use or recommend them. Enjoy my misery…. Part 1: PACKING -Packing crew arrived and crew member sat in our kitchen on his phone for around 15 min on the phone, asked to use the bathroom and stayed in there for another 30 min, then came out and proceeded to leave the house and was gone another 30-45 min. Many workers came out of rooms looking for him, were very confused that he was gone. -During packing process, I overheard conversations related to things like adding more things to boxes, and other workers not feeling comfortable doing so because there were glass things and it wasn’t right, etc. There was a clear disconnect. -At the end of the packing day, half of my art was still on the walls and I asked them about them being packed, and I got a very casual, ‘I guess we can pack those’. Like what? You are literally here to pack things. -I then proceed to check out other spots in my home they missed and when I asked them they were vague in response and unsure. I was confused how they don’t know what can and can’t be packed. -Multiple sections were missed in our old home. A whole kitchen drawer and cupboards, etc. Again, frustrating, not to mention inconvenient. PART II: Moving and Unpacking - Upon unpacking our items, we found many carelessly packed boxes. Just SOME examples inside the boxes: *Placing a 40lb marble rolling pin directly on top of a $500 Breville Smart Oven (both unwrapped). *Placing four pocket knives directly on top of framed pictures, again all unwrapped. *Placing a $600 Room and Board uncased walnut clock in the middle of random items stacked on top and below it, again completely unwrapped. *Placing two $700 (each) lamps unwrapped in a giant box and randomly throwing pantry items on top of said lamps like cans of tomato sauce because why not. Oh yes, and at the bottom of this fun box was three lives plants of ours. Smashed, of course. *InstantPot completely dented on one side and was boxed with my families cake stand we use for every birthday, also broken. Both unwrapped. And right before my daughters birthday. Fun add-ons you may experience if you so choose to use this company: *2K wool area rug not wrapped and got stuck on some hook in their truck and when removed it, a giant hole was left in rug. *Placing TV mounts and other tools in our new home on marble counter tops after specifically asking them not to place anything on the counter tops. *Multiple marks and dings on our doors and walls in our brand new home and repeated apologies and statements that they typically wrap their dollies so they don’t do what they were doing yet they weren't wrapped and it kept happening. Overall, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed but mostly sad that we trusted someone with our things and people didn’t feel the need to honor that trust. Some of the people that helped this process were very nice but in the end, what matters is completing the job you were paid to do. There is a breakdown somewhere in this company and it was reflected majorly in our experience. Please learn from mine and find a different company to help you in a likely already stressful time of moving.

  We used Hart Moving and Storage yesterday for a move across town. Felix, A.J. and Fabian were such a blessing! They were professional, friendly and communicative! They took great care with our things. They worked hard and completed the job in a timely fashion! I highly recommend Hart! Thanks gents!

  Hart's are the BEST MOVERS you couldn't have ask for a better one. Moving my furniture an boxes to storage until I was ready for them those guys were great. The guys came this morning to delivery my furniture and boxes. They were the best I can't remember their names but I appreciate them so much very.
