The move moved really quickly and the guys made sure everything went to the right rooms/places in the new house to make sure unpacking was easier and organized. What I also really appreciated was the direct pricing. There were no surprise or hidden fees and I actually ended up paying a little less than I expected. If I move again, this is definitely the company I'll use. Thanks Nelson and team!
- DDDeshia DavisAug 4, 20261.0Terrible experience, inexperienced movers, management will make it seem like they are trying to help. I have multiple pieces of future that was damage during my move. Scratches and dent in multiple places in a brand new house. Been two months, filled a claim have heard nothing back, no calls, no updates nothing! Will never use or recommend them to anyone. And will be continuing my complaint via BBB. Beware and stay away! Overpriced for the service I received.

They helped with all the things that I couldn’t have done. Also, they suggested to even do more than I had thought of. They handled a lot of the moving themselves because I was called to do other unforeseen duties in the middle of the move. The customer service was amazing because they even let me correspond with them in the later part of the evening. They deserved every one of those five stars.
