  I rarely leave one-star reviews, but our experience with EDC has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. We paid for room of choice delivery and assembly for a Sole treadmill and proactively provided our availability. We specifically told EDC that we were unavailable during the middle of the day and requested either a morning or late afternoon delivery window. Instead, they scheduled us during the exact time we said we couldn't accommodate, forcing us to reschedule. We then rescheduled and confirmed a Wednesday delivery. The day before, after receiving no update, we had to contact EDC ourselves just to ask for a delivery window. That's when we were told our order had been placed on hold and therefore could not be delivered Wednesday. No one had informed us our order was on hold, and if we hadn't reached out, we wouldn't have known at all. The next day a representative told us the order wasn't actually on hold, directly contradicting what we had been told the day before. Which begs the question, why are they refusing to deliver to on Wednesday then? Throughout the process we received conflicting information from different employees, had to repeatedly follow up just to get a response, and often had to send multiple messages before anyone would answer. We also received contradictory information about whether customers are expected to be home all day for delivery. One representative said yes, another said no. The communication was inconsistent at every step. When we first asked to speak to a supervisor, we were initially told none were available. Once we finally spoke with one, rather than acknowledging the documented communication issues, the conversation was dismissive and unhelpful despite us having the text message history showing exactly what had occurred. The most disappointing part is that these weren't unavoidable delays. They were repeated communication failures. We paid extra for a premium delivery and assembly service but instead spent our time chasing updates, correcting misinformation, and rescheduling because of errors that were not ours. At this point, we're just hoping to receive our delivery at all. I hope Sole reconsiders using this delivery partner, because the delivery experience reflected poorly on their brand.

  Ling unload times due to hand unload. Could have been a bit faster in my opinion. 5hr unload from appt time A little tight for back up to dock. I've been in tighter places tho.

  Article uses EDC as their delivery component in Houston so once the order comes through, EDC reaches out to schedule a delivery date and gives you a time frame closer to the date scheduled This review is for the guys that actually do the moving! They’ve had to come twice now to me and were 10/10, both different crews. The movers themselves - so efficient, respectful, kind and quick!!! It amazes me how fast they are. They always call on their way to you and call when they arrive. Communication is great
