  This is the first time I’ve used Blue Star and I was so impressed. We had 8 ladies from all over celebrating a bachelorette party and from the inquiry conversation, the speedy responses and contract process, it was a fabulous experience! Our limo driver, Jose, was WONDERFUL! He helped us take some pictures for our bride, helped us with drinks and ice, carefully made sure we were safe on all of our drop offs and pick ups. We’ll absolutely be using Blue Star again! Thank you!

  I am giving 2 stars in stead of 1 because Sid was very accommodating while booking the party bus. We had 26 people and were headed to Taylor Swift. The littles were super excited about the party bus and preconcert drive with music. The bus was 45 minutes late for pickup and the radio would not work. We called and they tried to walk us through from the office but the bluetooth was broken and the radio simply would not come on. It was such a bummer. Then we got dropped off in the uber line instead of the limo area and had to walk with 18 little girls through the crowds. This was part of the reason we wanted the bus was to shorten the walk through the crowds. The driver was super sweet and helpful and kept trying to get the music to play. She even went and bought a wireless speaker while we were at the concert for the ride home. Unfortunately, the speaker didn't work. Very sweet sentiment. It was a sad end to such a fun night to sit in silence with no music on the way home through traffic. I was told management would contact me and discuss the radio etc and I emailed and followed up with no follow up from Blue Star. Highly disappointing especially for that much money. Will not use again.
